And of course he wasn't attracted to any guy, it had to be Ivan of all people, not that he could ever admit that, but desperation is a funny thing and it has him in a situation he swore he'd never be in and that's how he ended up at this party, with the intention of making someone jealous, he honestly lost track of who is was supposed to be in his web of lies, but it'll all work out, right?

When Till washes Ivan's hair after they sleep together, Ivan will tilt his face up, lashes fluttering, and just close his eyes. In those moments, Till counts the seconds. It takes two seconds for Ivan's eyebrows to furrow, taut with the exertion of not being able to see what Till will do next. In five, the corner of Ivan's eyes will crinkle, shuddering with a weight that leads men to cower behind closed eyelids. In ten, Ivan will start to squirm, mouth pressing tight before his lips part, and in one single breath, Ivan's eyes will open slowly to reveal a lifetime of heartbreak.
In a twisted game of baton-pass, Ivan's expression of sorrow forces Till to close his own eyes, hiding from the confessions unspoken between them.
Till's been so fucking stupid.

Ivan’s arm went around █████’s shoulders. It was a casual, easy movement. She leaned into the touch, smiling up at him. “Come on,” Ivan said to her. “I’ll destroy you at air hockey.”
And just like that, they were a pair. The setup was so obvious it was insulting. Look, Till, it screamed. This is how you act with someone you like. Now go do it with Mizi.
Or: Till contracts Hanahaki and all evidence points to it being for his roommate, Ivan, who is 100% hellbent on playing matchmaker for him and Mizi.
