The whistle signals the start of the point but Taehyung doesn’t move. He takes a second longer to look at Jeongguk, to remember how he looks on the court. This is the last time he’ll get to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with him. They’re running out of time, but it's not over yet. One more point. The squeaks of shoes against the floors finally push him into action.
As he sees the ball make it over the net, he turns to Jeongguk with a promise.
