Summary
October is supposed to be about Halloween, falling leaves, colder nights, and the start of autumn.
For the Batfamily, it usually means something goes wrong.
A collection of Whumptober and fall themed DC one shots, written by different members of my discord server. Every chapter is its own story, with different characters, prompts, and takes on the DC universe.
Some stories will be painful, some will be emotional, and some might actually let these characters catch a break.
Welcome to October in Gotham.

Summary
The Wayne family has never been exactly normal.
Between late night patrols, training sessions, school, arguments, holidays, birthdays, nightmares, and the occasional disaster at Wayne Manor, there is always something happening.
But beneath all the chaos are the little moments that matter.Dick trying to be the responsible older brother. Jason pretending he doesn't care while secretly caring too much. Tim overthinking everything. Cass understanding more than she says. Steph bringing chaos wherever she goes. Duke trying to keep up. Barbara refusing to let anyone get away with being stupid. Talia finding her place in the family. Alfred somehow keeping all of them alive.
And then there's Damian, the youngest of them all, still learning what it means to have a family. Some days are funny. Some hurt. Some are quiet enough to feel ordinary.
These are the stories in between the big ones—the birthdays, arguments, hugs, bad dreams, family outings, mistakes, and tiny moments that turn a group of vigilantes into a family.
Because sometimes the most important Gotham stories aren't about Batman.
They're about the people waiting for him to come home.

Summary
Bruce Wayne is seventeen years old.
He's been Batman for nearly two years, he's still trying to figure out how to balance being Bruce Wayne with being Gotham's vigilante, and the last thing he expects to find when he returns from patrol is a newborn baby screaming in the Batcave.Especially when the baby is sitting directly in front of the Batcomputer.
Especially when the baby somehow got past every security measure Bruce has.
And especially when the baby stops crying the moment he sees Batman.
Bruce has no idea who left the child there.
Then he finds the letter.
Damian is his son.
Talia is gone.
And suddenly Bruce has something waiting for him at home every night.
Something he can't afford to lose.Series
