Summary
Oona and Ramona have been inseparable for most of their lives.
Now that they’re in college, Oona has gotten very good at keeping her distance. She tells herself she’s just busy, that people grow apart, and that this is what growing up is supposed to look like.
The real reason is a little harder to admit: she’s been hopelessly in love with Ramona for years, and Ramona has a girlfriend.
Ramona, meanwhile, has no idea what happened to her best friend. She just knows that Oona keeps pulling away, and she desperately wants her back.
