“Is it the same place as usual?” Felix asks quietly.
Hyunjin laughs. “You remembered. I’ll be up for a while. Concierge will let you in.”
She walks over, and Felix stiffens infinitesimally as she presses her sticky mouth to Felix’s cheek. And then she’s gone, a whirl of Chanel Noir and overconfidence, and the door to the restroom swings shut behind her. Felix is left to look at her own face, marred with the smudge of Hyunjin’s lip gloss on her pristine cheek.
Fucking hell.
Hyunjin is new to the runways. She burns with the light of a thousand suns. Felix might have been in this industry longer than her, but she can't look away. Naturally, it comes to a head.
