Ever since the fight at Wile's shop, Ray is feeling like he didn't make himself clear enough. Obviously, since Bugs keeps going to the shop for no good reason.
He has decided that a calm, direct, public conversation is the appropriate way to establish that Wile is not available and Bugs should redirect his energy elsewhere. It is very convenient that they happened to bump into each other at the farmer's market.

Paige rolled her eyes. “Not you, Uncle Kevin. Thought it wouldn’t hurt for you to get out more. Maybe go to a single’s night at the bar on 5th Street.” So it wasn’t just Coyote who was to suffer from the woman’s meddling. It seemed this was something of a pastime for her. “No, I want to hear about how Road Runner’s courting has been going.”

A look of horror crossed Roadrunner’s face. Coyote flipped the sign.

The look of horror doubled. Roadrunner replied:

Flip.
[ WHY NOT SPEAK NOW? ]
Coyote shrugged. Non-verbal communication worked just fine. Why fix what was not broken?
And then, Roadrunner’s face contorted into something Coyote had never seen on him before: anger.
[ DON’T YOU WANT TO CLAIM YOUR VICTORY OVER THAT ******* *******? ]
Upon seeing the sign he had produced, his face scrunched up even further and he beeped out:
“..-. ..- -.-. -.- .. -. --. / .- ... ... .... --- .-.. .”
“FUCKING ASSHOLE”
OR
After finally catching the Roadrunner, Wile E. Coyote takes on a new challenge: Finding his voice.
