He just wishes the kid asked for more than crumpled dollar bills for vending machines and spare change for gum. Because apparently, stacks of one-hundred dollar bills are "too much" and cause a "hassle" because cashiers don't have enough "change" or whatever. Pfft. Change. As if Tony ever asks for the change.
