Summary

Summary
Since the end of the Omnic Crisis, Overwatch has protected peace and maintained stability for nearly two decades, but the sudden arrest of Mexican President Guillermo Portero and some of his Cabinet members by Overwatch's Judicial Division leaves the world in shock. Some are thrilled to see the "corrupt revitalización president" leave office in disgrace, and others are terrified that Overwatch has started to overstep its bounds as a "peacekeeping agency."
Some go so far as to suggest that Overwatch is now enacting the "personal vendettas and ideologies" of its Strike-Commander, Gabriel Reyes.
But is it Commander Reyes they should be worried about?
Or the man who hides in his shadow -

Cole watches the mafia enforcer usher Gabriel into his bedroom, and considers just how pissed he'd be if Cole throws the mission by breaking their cover. On one hand, they’re finally in their target’s house, and Cole has at least a half hour to go looking for evidence to put ol’ Giorgio’s superiors away for good. ...But no one would dare try to drug the Strike Commander’s omega into a heat.
