Summary
Oswald “Oz” Cobble is the right-hand to the head of the Thumb Subsidiary “The Fowls.” Despite the respect his position should get him, he doesn’t get much of it, and Oswald isn’t very happy with what he does get. He deserves more than this.
Jonathan “Gill” Cobble is the son of Oswald, recently recruited into the Falcones. Being an orphan, he’s very much used to being unwanted. But when Oz adopted him, he finally got back the human desire to be loved. Times ten.
The “Falcone Fowls” is the Thumb Subsidiary which has been in charge of purchasing, managing, and smuggling firearms, ammunition, and other items of interest for the Thumb since 900. As such, they are one of, if not, the most important Subsidiary of the Thumb.
The Seven Association specializes in investigation, most similarly to detectives or private investigators. They will also actively solve the problems they are contracted to investigate, such as executing the criminal behind a murder.
This fic is a somewhat canon-compliant domestic life and crime noir story and assumes you are caught up in Limbus Company. And maybe the Jade Ring, for context.
