Park Jimin, 26, suffers from trypanophobia; an extreme fear of injections or hypodermic needles.
One might think it’s childish and that most people aren’t afraid to get vaccinated, but not Jimin no. For Jimin, the fear of needles has stayed with him into adulthood.
Whereas children are most afraid that the injection will bring them pain. This is not the case for Jimin. He can bear the pain which is very mild but cannot tolerate the psychological fear.
