Jon and Martin managed to stay alive and in their reality. As they arrive in London 3 months after the apocalypse ended, they find that Jon has accumulated a considerable amount of contradicting lore about himself.

ok imagine you’re a bunch of people who all just went through immense trauma in the apocalypse. and now there's this completely normal looking dude who was apparently responsible for all of that. or responsible for saving you, you don’t really know. half the population has their pitchforks and torches ready and wants to kill him. other half of the population is trying to pray to him. (some ppl really don’t care but that’s lame).
so basically jon and martin managed to stay alive and in this reality and have to deal with jon’s unfortunate fame. there’s a court case.OR
They did’t exactly know what to do with him.
Rumors, theories and stories about The Archivist had spread after everything went back to normal. A merciless god, just an unlucky man? Did he doom the world or save it? Or both?
And now he was just... standing in front of them. A scrawny man, holding his boyfriend's hand, too anxious to hold eye contact for too long. -

Summary
Maedhros has this ritual of going north to grieve Fingon about every year. It's his way of coping though it only sounds healthy to a certain extent.
First chapter is tiny Elrond witnessing Maedhros' come back from one of those trips. Quiet kinda hurt/comfort-ish.
Second chapter is Maedhros' pov on that trip. No comfort in that one. -

Summary
Footsteps and shuffling outside the door break Grace out of the uneasy doze he’d fallen into after being shoved into the cell. If he’d known he was going to be detained, he never would have steered the Hail Mary toward the mysterious cobbled-together-looking station hanging in loose orbit above the tiny dark planet.
Blinking to bring himself to full alertness, he stares dully forward as bodies approach. He knows by now that he can't understand these people. What's the point in saying anything?
“Hey,” a voice says, low and rough. It’s a new voice, different from the ones who chased him down and threw him in a cell. Grace ignores it. So they're mimicking him now? Great.
The new person clears their throat, then coughs like it was painful. He hears them muttering something, and a more familiar voice – one of the guards – growls back. Grace listens with everything he has, tuning all the xenolinguistic skills he's learned working with Rocky into the problem, and he still can't tell what the heck they're saying.
“Hey,” the new voice says again. “Ai, uh...ai herdjer talkin' oldstyle.”
“...What?” Grace tumbles to his feet and stumbles forward. “What did you say?”

Summary
Ryland doesn't know where he is, what he's doing, or why he's doing it. All he knows is that he's in a universe with no stars and that an organization called the COI found the Hail Mary spinning out into deep space. He knows that Rocky may be injured somewhere, and he knows that the man that currently lays in a hospital bed in front of him should be dead as dirt but has miraculously survived.
He knows he has been given an ultimatum. Find out what brought Simon back to life or never see Rocky again.
