Summary
Hongjoong propped his chin in his hand, tilting his head toward the front stage where their instructor was droning on.
“Would you rather: let Daniel finish this lecture, or swap name tags with two people in the front row and convince everyone we’re experiencing a shared psychotic episode?”
Seonghwa felt a sudden, thrumming warmth in his chest. It was a quiet realization that the man sitting beside him was entirely off his rocker on the exact same bespoke frequency.
“Option two,” Seonghwa murmured, slipping his silver thumb ring off and tapping it against his palm. “But only if I get to be Greg. I want to tell the room about my golf swing.”
Hongjoong let out a silent, breathless laugh that showed his perfect teeth. “Deal.”

Synopsis-
Vice Admiral Park Seonghwa has spent years serving the Crown, hunting Manifestors and eliminating threats to the Empire.During one such operation, he encounters something he wasn't prepared for: the Pirate King himself.
Stripped of his weapons, his Manifestation suppressed, and forced into the company of pirates he has every reason to distrust, Seonghwa refuses to make captivity easy.
Hongjoong, meanwhile, has no intention of letting his newest prisoner slip through his fingers.
Neither intended to trust the other.
Neither expected to need the other.
And neither is particularly good at admitting when they've already crossed that line.

Summary
Some cities have a heartbeat. This one has an undertow.
Park Seonghwa knows the shape of his life down to the last detail. He has it color-coded, accounted for, and nothing is left to chance. He is careful. He is precise. He does not take risks he cannot calculate.
Then one night changes the geometry of everything, and the man who finds him in the dark is not the kind of man who exists in the world Seonghwa thought he was living in.
Kim Hongjoong owns UTOPIA, that much is public knowledge. What moves beneath the surface of it, however- the debts collected, the ledgers that never see daylight, the signature brand of authority he wields without needing to raise his voice- is something else entirely.
He should be the last person Seonghwa trusts.
The problem is that the body remembers who kept it safe, even when the mind knows better. And Seonghwa is about to learn that the most dangerous thing about a man like Hongjoong isn't what he's capable of.
It's how little you mind.
Some doors, once opened, don't close. Some people, once found, don't let go.
