Summary
That's always how it goes. Peter cries, he begs, he asks to go home. When he's at his most desperate and selfish and awful, he asks for Tony to take someone else instead. And Tony holds him and pets him and coos and hums and murmurs that everything will be okay, and he just needs time to adjust, and that he's perfect. That Tony could never let him go.
Peter knows that he means it, and Tony never seems to realize that it only makes him cry harder.
An incredibly self-indulgent crossover between my fics double-blind and Pyrite: when villainous Tony Stark loses his beloved son, he'll do anything to get some form of him back-- even stealing another Peter from a different universe.

Summary
"That's great, Pete," Toomes said, and the sound of his zipper was louder than any gunshot. "It's good you've already learned that, but you also need to learn what happens when you get yourself involved with real criminals, kid. You get in over your head, and this is what happens. You get hurt."
When Toomes finds a stronger argument to keep Peter from meddling in his plans at Homecoming, he figures the Vulture isn't the only thing he can get Peter to keep quiet about— leaving Peter to juggle his relationship with Liz, his abuse at her father's hands, and his lingering hurt over how things ended with Mr. Stark.

"Getting my guys arrested is one thing. Destroying my things is one thing," Tony said, and he didn't reach out for Peter's mask. He just watched, almost bored, as the tendrils of his suit wrapped themselves even tighter around Peter's limbs and Peter whimpered with the agonizing pressure. "But breaking into my home? My family home, that I share with my son?"
Peter's heart felt like it stopped as his dad's expression twisted into a snarl, and he yelped with panic and pain alike as the tendrils roughly dragged him around on the carpet until he was splayed at his dad's knees.
"That, I'm going to have to hurt you for."
When Peter Stark starts to suspect that his dad might be at the helm of the crime ring he's secretly investigating as Spider-man, his decision not to confront Tony directly spirals into major consequences for the both of them.

Summary
Peter crowded Tony against the wall and bent to bring those sharp teeth toward his throat, and if Tony couldn't believe how many things he'd survived just to get his throat ripped out by the mutated version of his own protégé, he was at least grateful that he wouldn't have to face May Parker's wrath at seeing what he'd allowed to happen to her nephew.
And then Peter nuzzled into his neck, and said with a voice that was low and guttural and still somehow Peter's, "Mr. Stark, I think something's wrong with me."
Peter does get attacked by a mysterious alien on the Q-Ship, and his transformation is bad news for Tony. But... maybe not as bad as it could be.

Summary
Tony could recognize that it was awful what they were doing. What he was doing, what he was saying, what he was putting this kid through. But the part of himself that recognized that was so much quieter than the part that knew what Peter wanted, knew exactly what to do and say to keep Peter happy and grateful and enamored, and he was terrible at denying himself gratification even when it wasn't so horribly easy.
Tony lets himself make a mistake on the way back from Germany. But it's fine— it's not like he has any reason to see the kid again, anyway.
