Pete is a cute cat hybrid, he knows that. Everyone who always visits the cat shelter gushes immediately on him the moment they walk into.
They always talk about how pretty he is , but no one ,absolutely no one adopts him at last.
Because his meows aren't cute 🥺
They walk away immediately as far as they can from him , hearing his meows....
Some kids even got scared for a second and pete always tucks his tail away devastated and sits as far as possible.
He is so sure that he won't get adopted , and won't get a family
But one day a handsome male, Vegas adopted him and changed his life

Kinn rolls his eyes. “Macau is a child and he has no idea what he’s doing. He can’t be Vegas’ Medical Proxy.”
“I’m not talking about Khun Macau. I am referring to Khun Vegas’ husband.” He says, holding up the file folder. “I have a copy of the paperwork right here for convenience.”
Post Coup-Attempt, Pete has no idea what's going on. But the papers in his hand say that he's legally married to Vegas and Pete's going to make that everyone's problem - including Vegas, whenever he finally wakes up.

"I wanted to cut your throat!" Pete argued, scowling at Vegas.
"Maybe you shouldn't let me fuck you senseless before you make your move, stupid whore."
Pete struggled more until he felt drops of blood running down his wrists as the tight merciless handcuffs were breaking his skin. Vegas slid the blade over Pete's chest. He didn't cut him, but the tip scratched over his skin.
"Look at these defiant eyes. Seems like I have to lecture you more thoroughly." Vegas dug the tip of the blade into Pete's skin, drawing a thin crimson line right below his ribcage. Pete suppressed every reaction to this by force.
"If you want to beg for your life you should do it now, little slut."
Pete spat into Vegas' face.
Or: Sold by his father at a young age and abused by his boss for years, Pete doesn't seem to have much to lose when he is assigned to go undercover in a BDSM club and kill one of Thailand's most influential mafia leaders. Leaving the place alive seems all but impossible, but it obviously is. Even if it means becoming Vegas Theerapanyakul's personal pet.
