Devastating with his boyish smile, beautiful brown skin, and brown eyes that are so warm and framed by eyelashes so long it should be illegal. With his dark curls and calloused hands he looks like a perfect manifestation of every single one of Henry’s most impossible dreams.
It would be easier if that's where it stopped. If it was only the physical things that kept drawing him back to Alex but it's not. It never was.

After assembling their own Infinity Gauntlet, the Avengers defeated Thanos and brought back everyone who disappeared. But their victory came at a great cost: in order to take the Soul Stone, Steve had to sacrifice the Captain America mantle and all the super-soldier strength that came with it.
Small and sickly again, Steve’s poor health soon reaches a breaking point and his last option is a difficult surgery only Shuri and her team can perform.
But not all hurts can be fixed with medicine, and the real healing begins after the operation -- when Bucky asks Steve to stay in Wakanda with him.
