“You are my boyfriend, aren’t you?” Valentino’s voice was always so buttery smooth, making Angel shiver with the way his fingers traced down Angel’s neck. It was…odd. Val did always call him that to other people in introduction. But sometimes Angel did wonder if the man forgot. Especially with how femme Angel dressed for him, but…Valentino was arguably just as femme. Just in a way that defied definition. Even when he wasn’t dressed the part, even the way that he moved, the way he tossed his head back when he laughed it was all the elegance of fire licking the dry pine needles on the forest floor. Hard to look away from even as the burn ate through your flesh.
Or maybe more of an electrical fire. Bright blue flames spitting acid and lithium.
