That's when realization dawned on both of them.
They had spent so much time worrying about useless things that neither of them had stopped to consider the most obvious problem of all.
They couldn’t play football as each other. Messi couldn’t suddenly take over Sergio’s position and play like a center-back, and Sergio certainly couldn’t magically perform like Messi.
