Summary
Beyond the color of their uniforms, Spock and McCoy have one thing in common: they’re both in love with the other’s best friend. Spock has “fallen in love” with Jim and doesn’t know how to get back up. Asking the captain’s confidant for romantic advice seems like the only logical solution, but becoming used to McCoy’s shocking methods will take some fortitude. Leonard, on the other hand, finds himself playing wingman to a Vulcan—a roll he gets more and more caught up in as Spock’s will-he-won’t-he romance sends the doctor into a nail-biting fury.
