The winds of Decarabian were not a torture device. They were dreams, laid so thick and heavy onto the once-pristine terrain that it pushed the people down to bow to his feet, his reign standing tall as a tower against the storming dome. But Decarabian himself, too, was once a simple god praying for his people. Just as the winds change, light and wandering, so does Mondstadt.

Summary
As a humble caterpillar changes its shape to learn how to fly, it rids of anything that made it too heavy, losing parts of itself until you can't recognize it. I’m the pitiful one. Aren’t they both, in a way? There shouldn’t be a world where bad or painful things happen to them for no reason.
Haruka hopes not, for both of their sakes. Haruka hopes his mom will love him again, after everyone else has forgiven him.

Summary
Josh knows people die: he knows his grandma died when he was a baby, and Benrey said he died a few times too. Josh knows he can from experience, too. But grandma can’t come back because she’s “up there” and Benrey’s sleeping on their living room couch. No matter how many times he replayed the conversation about that in his head, it was still so much to adjust to.
At least the funny shark-teeth guy can fight away the monsters under his bed, and Josh thinks he helps dad with his too, so he’s okay with him staying, even if he’s gonna live forever. Maybe it can help dad not die too.
