Thalia Grace’s last words when she was thirteen was “NEVER!” as she screamed in defiance before Zeus, the King of Olympus, Father of Gods and Men, and more specifically, her father, cursed her and transformed her into a pine tree.
Her first words upon being released from her pine tree prison is the same as her last as lightning cracks at her feet.
Steely brown eyes meet ocean blue eyes before the world falls away.
She awakes in some type of infirmary as rain pelts the Earth. Her only thought is of the two demigods that she brought to Camp—Luke and Annabeth.
