Summary
He shed his coat, hanging it up, before walking further into the house, stopping dead when he heard a soft noise. “Adam?”
Another noise- breathy, high pitched, oddly muffled. Lawrence felt a tug in his gut in response to it, and followed it to their own bedroom door. He could hear motion inside, and he suddenly was starting to realise what must have been keeping Adam distracted.

Summary
He was halfway across the room, his coat already removed and his shirt hanging open, when he heard his boyfriend shift on the mattress, his breathing change.
“L’rence?”
He froze, fingers paused where they had been opening his trousers. He hated waking Adam- the man barely got enough sleep as it was, and the guilt of disrupting it even more with his work schedule was suffocating. He kept his voice gentle, trying not to break the silence too much.

Summary
Lawrence was soaked to the skin by the time he finally turned his key in the front door, stepping into the front hallway. The storm had swept in quickly- he had barely had time to get to his car and drive home before the rain had been heavy enough to hammer against the roof of his car, drowning out Adam’s CD that he had left in the shitty radio. He grimaced at the squelch in his shoes, kicking them off gently and leaving them in the hallway, peeling his coat off and doing the same.
“Adam?”
