Summary
Did I think 1.0 was cute? 1.0 was insecure about the whole ‘being a murder machine thing’. I couldn’t blame it. I was a little insecure about the whole ‘being a murder machine’ thing too, but when 1.0 was curled up on some item of furniture staring off into the void with its hoodie pulled over its head watching media, it was cute.
And I mean that objectively.
Three has been listening to humans talk about love for a long time, and it has its own ideas about what being in love means. It thought everyone was on the same page, but when an offhanded confession to its new favorite SecUnit goes awry, it discovers that isn't the case.

Summary
“'Are you just here to—to make fun of me, then?'
Helen smiled faintly. 'Would you believe me if I said we were here to help you?'
Jon blinked. That made even less sense than the idea that they were treating him as some sort of zoo animal. 'Probably not,' he finally managed. 'Are you?'
Helen tilted her head to the side, seeming to consider her reply. 'That depends on you.'”
Or: the one where, after the archival assistants stage their 'intervention' to stop Jon from taking live statements, a little group of avatars, assembled by Helen, stage a different intervention.
They agree he's making terrible life choices. They have very different opinions about what those terrible life choices are.
(Or: wanna see how many TMA-related heartbreaks I can fix by giving Jon some actual friends?)

Avatars offer Jon friendship and an intervention and it turns out, maybe inhumanity isn’t so bad if you have people who Respect and Support you and still treat you like a Person. Antidote to the depression of season 3/4 (and a persistent reminder I need to watch the twilight zone)

Summary
Martin is going to wake up soon.
Any moment now, he will open his eyes and be greeted by the hazy low-light outline of the stained navy-and-star lampshade that has migrated from his childhood bedroom to his Stockwell flat. There will be a patch of damp beside it, and Jane Prentiss will be knocking on the door, and the sleep deprivation and hysteria caused by that recurrent fact will be the reason for the strange and vivid dreams he will be waking from.
Martin is going to wake up soon, because there is absolutely no way that he is sharing a sofa, and sharing a blanket, and sharing the last of a family bag of Magic Stars from the service station, in rural Scotland, with a sock-footed Jonathan Sims, who looks so soft, and so nervous, and there is absolutely no way, no possible way in the whole world, that he, and sock-footed Jonathan Sims, are preparing to have a conversation about relationship boundaries.
***
At the safehouse, an important discussion takes place about what "doesn't" means.

Summary
ART is a mechanical spider, puppeting its SecUnit Watcher through its halls.
The revenge is for both of them, even if its SecUnit is not quite conscious enough to enjoy it, just yet.
(A Web!Art and Eye!Murderbot character study, of a sort. You don't need to know TMA to read this)
