Summary
The halls of Lockwood high seemed shaken after the shooting that took place at the end of last year.
Katsuki, being the hero he had always wanted to be, managed to save Izuku from the bullets being fired. But amongst all of that, it was Katsuki who had take the hit.
Izuku remembers it clearly. Blood that wasn’t his smeared on his hands as he tried to put pressure on Katsukis wound. The lifeless look behind his eyes that reminded him he was almost too late- and it was a scenario that replayed in his nightmares every night. After that, the pair were trauma-bonded, sticking to one another like glue- until Izuku got a girlfriend;
A girlfriend that he wished was Katsuki instead.

Kirishima palms the man’s shoulder, now next to him. The blonde looks Izuku head to toe before shooting him a leer and crossing his arms, pushing the muscles of his chest together. A silver figaro chain catches the light before slotting itself between the apex of his pecs, like it’s trying to get Izuku in trouble. He has no choice but to look him in his eyes.
Those eyes, crimson red, so intense and so familiar. He’s seen those eyes before. Izuku’s heart sinks to the pit of his stomach.
