Kaede knew what was to happen and his plan seemed flawless. His hand had two Kings! It was enough to win, unless she had an Ace, which was almost impossible-!
"Please show your cards!" Sweat trickled down his face as he grit his teeth as hard as he could, his glasses slightly askew as he threw his cards down. Students murmured in the surprisedly at the two Kings shown in his otherwise garbage hand.
Silence emitted the other, the only expression shown was a ruthless grin splitting her face open, throwing her cards on top of hers with a maniacal laugh. 'N-no way!!' Kaede thought to himself. Her cards shown, in order were,a three, a King, Queen, Jack and an Ace.
"A ROYAL FLUSH! THE WINNER IS.. SAYAKA IGARASHI!"
She sickly grinned, her hazy eyes and flushed cheeks showed just how much fun she was having. Pulling out a tag with a chain connected to it, the dark haired winner chucked the tag at him, spitting out.
