When Shiro invites Lotor to come to his quarters in order to break Keith's heat - because Shiro is an amazing boyfriend but he isn't Galra and he isn't an alpha - Lotor knows it is only done out of desperation. But Lotor has gazed after the Captain of the Atlas and the Black Paladin since before the war ended, and he's not going to turn down an offer like that.
