Holy Men

Summary:

Father Levi Ackerman and Father Erwin Smith are known in their community and church as good priests, and locally famous for the book store they run together. But Father Levi has began to have strange thoughts about the other priest, and he wishes he could be released from the sin that has taken him over. Father Erwin offers a solution.

Notes:

I found myself checking this account today for the first time in a very long time. I’ve been busy with life - marriage, babies, coping under a capitalist hellscape. I wanted to say thank you to all of you - seeing all this love and support for my silly little gay writings has been really uplifting for me. My writing skills have greatly improved, but now I’m finally taking a plunge with some mindless rants on Substack. This isn’t a plug, just an explanation of where I will be and where I was. I met my husband by making him laugh in a VR chat room when I told him I was gunna be a famous fanfiction writer. He told me “send me your work sometime” and now we are married. I’m so grateful for this world of talented writers with big imaginations and respect for graphic sex scenes, it’s like a weird colored light at the end of a dark tunnel. Thanks again.

Chapter 1: The Father

Chapter Text

Levi Ackerman was a good man.

He paid his taxes, didn't litter, fed local stray cats, rarely called in sick.

Society would deem him a good man, a great man even when you took the stray cat part into consideration.

But why would a good man feel such depraved things?

Erwin Smith was a good man as well.

He was Levi's boss at the book store they both ran.

Erwin owned the place, and Levi was the manager.

Erwin was always kind, considerate and bright.

How could such a good man invade Levi's every thought this way?

He would admit that the thoughts had been occurring more frequently lately.

They began so small and innocent - Levi watching as Erwin stocked shelves, staring a little too long when he entered wearing a new garment, listening to him as he hummed a song in his office.

At some point, these thoughts had developed into something much bigger, much nastier than Levi had originally intended.

These thoughts ranged anywhere from a late night blow job in the break room, to an out right pounding on top of a bookcase.

Levi would see these surfaces every day, and those thoughts would enter his brain, causing a deep fire to start in his belly.

He had began to resorting to jerking himself off in the employee bathroom just to ease the ache.

It was embarrassing, shameful, and sinful.

See, it was a Christian book store.

Erwin was Father Erwin, the head priest at the local Catholic Church called St.Ymir's Holy House of Worship.

Levi was a priest as well, and head of the children's class at that very same church.

They both wore their customary cassocks and collars every day, well known in the community as "the bookstore priests."

There was even articles in the local paper about them, how kind and heavenly these two wonderful holy men were.

One of those articles hung neatly framed in the store, a picture of the two men standing side by side with smiles.

On this day, Levi was staring that picture down.

He analyzed in detail the way Erwin's hand was gripped on his shoulder in the picture, how the veins in his hand were raised, how his hand was so big and meaty.

Levi placed slender fingers on the same spot as Erwin's was in the picture, as though he would feel some phantom feeling of it being there once again.

That familiar heat began to rise in them, so he quickly dropped his hand and took a deep breath in.

Control yourself, you depraved fuck.

He heard the ring of the front door, signaling that a customer had walked in. Pulling on his collar, he came back to his senses and dashed to the front of the store.

He was greeted by one of the nuns of their church - Sister Hange. He rolled his eyes and groaned the moment their eyes met. The sister, dressed in her full habit, waved to him with great enthusiasm.

While she did get on his every last nerve, Hange was a good friend to him and had been for many years. Her over excitement was so tiresome at times, but he looked forward to it none the less.

"What do ya need, Sister?" He crossed his arms as he paused behind the counter at the holy woman.

She beamed at him, eyes wide with whatever new scheme her wild mind had came up with at this point.

"I have came to ask if you, my dear friend Father Levi, happen to have some holy water handy?"

The priest raised a brow at the woman, and clicked his tongue behind his teeth.

"What do I look like, an exorcist? Go ask Father Pixis or something, he seems to always have some kind of spicy liquid hanging about."

The nun seemed to pause at this statement, letting it really roll around in her brain before answering.

"Ya know, you may be onto something. See, I have this theory that if we made some type of water gun using the holy water-"

Levi raised a hand to stop her right there. Hange had always formed some kind of new way to rid their world of whatever evil there was, and once she started on about these plans,

she would never shut up about them. It was better just to end it now.

The Sister simply grinned and trotted her way out the door, most likely on her way to find the next poor holy bastard that would listen.

Levi picked up the duster he had sat down earlier and went back to dusting the countertops. He had let his mind wander, which lead him to stopping his work to go look at that damn picture.

He felt like that picture was mocking him half the time, and he was tempted to trash it when he got a chance. However, Father Erwin had commented frequently on how that was one of his most favorite pictures.

For that reason alone, Levi kept the picture hanging and dealt with the way it tortured him. He let himself become absorbed in his work once again - dusting then sweeping, then arranging books back into their proper places,

then cleaning windows, then checking their inventory. Majority of the upkeep of the shop had been left to him since Father Erwin has became absorbed in the historical side of their religion, traveling to far away lands to dig up

a tomb there, or deep diving into an ancient text there.

They had met in the seminary fifteen years ago, becoming fast friends, despite Levi's stand offish nature and Erwin's brighter disposition. From that friendship, they had agreed on opening this bookstore together. They both wanted a way

to give back to their community - Erwin by providing education, Levi by providing a quiet place for people. Unlike other church run book stores, they provided books on demonology, other faiths, LGBTQ+ clergy, even witchcraft. Erwin had

always said it was pointless to seclude yourself to one lane of learning, and that people deserved the chance to learn it all. Levi had created a little spot in the store with tea he had hand picked himself which he would brew for whoever asked for it,

and several vintage comfy chairs so their customer's can read and relax. Together, they had created a space where members of their little town could come and just exist as they were. It was one of Levi's greatest prides.

It was also in the seminary that Levi began to feel these feelings for Erwin. He would watch him speak in Latin like he was raised with the language, or baptize little babies without even making them cry, and Levi would be amazed. The man seemed to

glow in everything he did, as though the holy light of god himself had kissed him. Levi loved to just stand in that glow, soaking up his golden rays, enveloped in warmth. However, as the years passed, Levi found that just standing watch was not enough.

He began to want to touch the golden priest, want to feel that holy skin under his fingertips. Often, he pictured removing that collar and kissing that sacred patch of skin on his neck. The thoughts would consume him, eat away at him. The church had told

him long ago how sinful these thoughts were, how the devil was working his dark magic in him so he could have his soul. And even though Levi feared his eternal damnation, the thoughts wouldn't end.

The only release he ever got, besides his sticky fumblings with himself in the employee bathroom, was cleaning. Washing away the grime and filth made him feel like his own filth was being cleansed away, done so simply with the power of

bleach and elbow grease. So he would scrub and scrub until his knuckles were raw and his flesh no longer weak, until the burning ache went away. He would leave all his sins in dirty mop water, then watch it wash down the drain into the dark

abyss. This was a release for him, better than he could ever give himself with just his hand. And today was an especially sinful day, so the store was getting a deep cleaning from top to bottom.

It was while he was scrubbing the bathroom floor on his knees that he heard the front door bell ring. He got up, fixing his cassock to its proper places and smoothing his hair. He suspected Sister Hange had returned to bother him even more, or maybe

she had finally created her great demon killing machine. He made his way to the front of the store, readying himself for whatever she had drug in this time. When he swung the door open from the back rooms, that all familiar golden glow met him with

delight. He took a sharp breath in his teeth. God, give me strength.

Father Erwin stood at one of the bookshelves, admiring it with his hands clasped behind his back. His cassock was in pristine condition as always, hugging his large frame and showing how truly broad his shoulders were. Levi took this moment before he

noticed him to take his frame in, soaking up the image of his back and big hands, lingering in his glow. He bit his bottom lip, holding a breath in. Finally, he released it, picturing those thoughts going down the drain. He walked toward the man, who turned

upon hearing his steps. Erwin's face lit up immediately at the sight of the dark haired priest, beaming down at him from his incredible height. Levi forced a smile back at him. This is the devil working, why is this man so beautiful to me?

"Hello, Father Levi. How are you today? I see you've been cleaning." Erwin's ocean eyes had trailed down to the small priest's knees, and Levi followed their gaze down. The knees of his cassock were brown with dirt, heavily wrinkled from the heavy

force he had been putting on them. Levi took a hand and tried to brush some of the dirt away, concealing the embarrassment of having this holy man look him over this way. "Yeah, just cleaning the bathroom up. It was overdue." He thought about all the

cum he had dribbled onto the floor, but shook that thought out of his head. He met Erwin's gaze finally, misty gray to the vast sea. Erwin smiled at him again, a face ever so bright and sweet.

"I'm glad to see you still care about our old store so much. I hate to be away from it like this, it makes me so homesick to be away from it." It had been three weeks since Levi had last seen Erwin, three weeks since he had left that bookstore to go on

another one of his adventures. He had returned this time with a tan, his skin the color of sand and a beautiful contrast to the black of his cloak. Levi could get a faint hint of the scent of sweat and incense as the priest stepped closer to him. He wished

he could drown in it, become so drunk off it he just suffocated. Erwin looked down at him now, really analyzing the night haired priest. He raised one thick eyebrow at him, and Levi felt sweat prickle on the back of his neck.

"Are you sleeping well, Father? You don't look like yourself." Levi finally broke his stare down of the golden man to look away, trying to conceal his panic in a façade of apathy. "I'm sleeping fine, other than having to worry about keeping this whole store

afloat while wondering if you were offed by some demon finally."

Erwin let out a warm chuckle. "Well, you don't have to worry about me - I'm plenty protected." He gave a wink to Levi while he patted his front pocket, the spot where Levi knew he kept his rosary. The wink started a spark in Levi's belly, and he pleaded at it

to be doused. "In regards to store upkeep, I have good news - I'm going to be home for good. The lord told me he wants me here, that this is where I belong. So, you won't have to do this all by yourself anymore." Levi felt a tug in his chest. He had missed

Erwin deeply, and he had felt empty without him at the store. They had spent so many years, side by side, that when Erwin was gone, it felt like a blanket had been ripped away from him on a cold winter night. Levi would never admit how he missed the

beautiful man's company, because he did not want to keep him from traveling and doing what god had asked of him. Besides that, it was unbecoming for a man to miss another in that way. So Levi just gave a small smile up at Erwin, and quietly said "Good."

Erwin raised a big hand and placed it softly on Levi's shoulder. It was the same spot he held on to in that picture, the one he seemed to always go for on the little man. Big aqua eyes looked down at him with a tenderness, a warm embrace in just his pupils.

"I missed you, Father. I thought of you often while I was out seeing the gifts the lord has given us."

Levi felt his heart begin to dance in his chest, an ache forming in his lower half. He had never even considered a man like Erwin would think of him, let alone miss him. Father Erwin had the world at his feet, and he took advantage of it. Levi was just a small

part of that vast world, a little sprinkle on top of the cake. He blinked up at the golden man, feeling the confusion rise in his features.

"You missed me, Father?" The tall priest tilted his head slightly to one side as he gawked down at the small man.

"Well, of course I did. You've been part of my life for so long, how could I not miss you?"

That was exactly something the priest would say, always so open and sweet about his thoughts. It was as if he didn't understand how his words may sound to someone, or maybe he didn't care and just wanted the thoughts to be known. Levi continued his

gaze at him a moment longer before he finally broke it, eyes trailing to a corner to conceal the heat rising in his face. The weight of Erwin's hand sunk into his shoulder, and he bit his bottom lip to distract himself. Heavenly father, please help me.

Noticing his discomfort, Erwin dropped his hand. "I'm sorry, let's forget that. How can I help get you caught up? What can I do for you, Levi?" That voice of velvet tickled Levi's ears. It had been so long since he heard that sweetness, it felt like a decade

had passed. He clung on to that last sentence, stored it in the back of his brain for later. He shrugged at the man, then rose a slender finger to point at several boxes stacked in the back of the store. "That's new inventory, you can put it up." He kept his tone

in its usual gruff, nonchalant way, trying to keep his cool in this face of danger. Erwin smiled down at him, "I'll get right to it, Levi." The way he said his name was from the Devil himself.

Levi turned and made his way back to the bathroom, back to the suds and grime that would help wash away his thoughts. He took a look back before closing the door behind him, and saw Erwin rolling up his sleeves and staring down at the hefty boxes.

The veins on his muscular arms protruded, their perfect lines dancing across the warm skin. The way his big fingers carefully rolled the fabric, each movement so cautious but powerful. The heat rose, and Levi quickly darted into the bathroom. He went to

his knees, grabbing the brush he was using to scrub at the floor. He gripped it with both hands, arching his back and his cassock gripping his body, and began to scrub. Back and forth he scrubbed, going harder with each swipe, bubbles forming in big

clouds around him. He kept this up until he started to pant from the effort, until he finally stopped. Raising up to rest on his knees, he looked down between his legs at the hot sin that had formed there. He had risen, a tent pushing through the thick black

fabric. He had tried to scrub it away, wash it out of his mind - the veins across that big arm, heavy hand gripping his shoulder, his name coming out like silk between full lips. He couldn't shake it, and it ached him so deeply, pained him and every molecule

in his body. Finally, he couldn't take it any longer. Forgive me.

He hurriedly grabbed at his cassock and pulled it up to his chest, exposing his rosary he kept hidden against his chest. He gripped the garment in his teeth, then shaky hands went to his pants. Fumbling like a new born fawn, he unbuttoned them and pulled

at them until he finally released himself. His aching sin sprung up, already rock hard and leaking from the tip. It felt like it was mocking him with how ready it was, exposing him as the sinful little dog he was. With a trembling hand, he gripped it at it's base

and already felt relief. He began to slowly pump himself, up and down, gripping tighter as he went. With closed eyes, he bent his head back and let his mind wander - wander to all those fantasies he carried inside him. Erwin dangling his cock to his face for

Levi to kiss it, Erwin grabbing a head full of his hair as he pounded him into the alter, Levi riding him in the confessional booth. His breaths became quicker and harder, that sickeningly sweet escape coming to him. Teeth gripped harder into the cassock, and

the shiny rosary bounced against his pale chest. He would be a puddle of a lamb soon, the devil working his magic through him.

Levi didn't even notice the door open behind him, didn't hear its heavy handle turn and the creak it made. Father Erwin stepped through the door, carrying a book in his other hand. "Levi, where should -" He stopped immediately upon seeing the display on

that tile floor. Levi had snapped his head back to peer over his shoulder, the fabric leaving his teeth as he gaped his mouth open in shock. The cassock trailed down until it landed on his throbbing member, encasing it like a holy shroud. There was a

deafening silence in the room, lasting a century. Finally, Erwin spoke "Father....what are you doing?" Levi became a panic frenzied, pulling at his dark garments to try and situate them back into place, trying to hide his sin that demanded to be seen.

In his panic, he knocked over the bucket of bubbly water, and it spilled all over the floor, soaking his knees. God, forgive me. I have sinned so greatly, I have ruined everything, this is the end of it all, Hell is waiting for me.

"I-I'm sorry, I just, let me get this here, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'll leave, let me.." Levi's words were rushed whispers as he tried to pull himself together. He kept his gaze far away from where Erwin stood, away from the glory and gold. He didn't want to taint

him with his dirty eyes. Erwin watched him for a moment as he scrambled, then he took sturdy steps toward him, leaning down onto the soaked floor to Levi's back. The raven haired priest felt his heat behind him, pushing the panic at full speed within

him. "Levi, how long have you been living this way?" His voice was a coarse whisper, warm against the back of Levi's neck. Levi stopped his frantic movements, pants escaping in small breaths from his nose. His heart was pounding within him, and he

thought he might simply die. He didn't dare look back at Erwin as he spoke in a lowered voice. "I've been living in this sin...for a while, Father. I'm so guilty of being unclean with how often I do this. I can't stop, the devil has a grip on me." He heard a low

hum come from Erwin, and feeling the vibration in his back, he realized the priest's chest was pushed against him snugly.

"I can see that you are really struggling with this sin, Levi. What makes you this way? What unclean thoughts enter your head to make you react so....devilishly?"

The way he spoke that last word, it poured from his lips like warm honey, trying to drown Levi in the sweetness. The dark haired priest bit his bottom lip. Would he lie to a fellow holy man, or tell the vulgar truth? He would be punished for either, so the

question was what level of punishment he was willing to take. "It's...thoughts of you, Father. Unclean thoughts of you. I'm so sorry, Erwin. Forgive me, I don't know what I've done to be cursed this way." He felt another low hum come from Erwin, and the

vibration in his chest shook the cells in his body.

"So, I did this to you. Your sin was caused by me. I'll need to repent for making you think this way..." Erwin's voice trailed off, and Levi felt big hands slowly trail their way around his hips. He gave a shudder of surprise, looking down to see thick fingers

begin to pull up on his cassock, the other hand making its way to his still exposed member. His eyes widened, body electric at the touch. "Father Erwin, what are you doing?!" His voice was an octave higher than normal, the shock making him misfunction.

"Shhh, let me repent. Let me help you, you lost lamb." The cassock had been pushed to expose Levi's bare chest, a finger pausing to give a quick rub to an hardened nipple. The hand continued to rise up as Levi shuddered, until the black garment and the

hot hand reached his neck, where a light pressure was applied. Levi felt his throat sink in just a tad, the power in those thick digits showing itself. "Speak no evil, little lamb. This will help remind you of that."

The other hand had reached the base of Levi's sin, and gripped it firmly. Levi let out a whimper, his throat vibrating under fingers. "Erwin....you don't have..." Words were hard to speak, and he felt lips against his ear, pressing a kiss before speaking in a

burning breath. "Let me help you become clean again, Levi. I can rid you of that all that sin inside you." The hand began to pump him, from base to tip. A finger would pause at the tip, circling it slowly, precum making a messy smear across the pink skin.

Father Levi shook at that, another whimper escaping his lips. Father Erwin pumped him faster now, gripping him tighter as his pace increased, the rosary thumping against that sculpted pale chest. Levi felt heated gusts against his neck, and realized the golden priest was panting with him. He allowed himself a glance back at him, and the face he met was pure filth. Those ocean eyes were focused down on the the mess forming between Levi's legs, with thick brows cinched together. Sweat had began to

pool at his strong temple, and his mouth was gaped open in husky pants. The Devil has us both.

The look made Levi's arousal increase, and he felt his release coming quickly. Father Erwin slowly moved his eyes to meet Levi's and they locked in an intense stare. Ocean mixed with mist, creating a storm of desire and need. Erwin pushed his forehead to

Levi's, their steaming pants smacking each other's lips. The sin could be tasted in the flavors of their breaths, and they shared it with one another. Levi smelled the sweet scent of sweat, the musk of of incense from lands faraway, the citrus in the shampoo

the priest used. It made him drunk, wrapped him deep in a cocoon of lust and pleasure. He felt the pressure releasing from him, and he tilted his head back to release a husky moan. Cum shot out of him, his cock pulsating in Erwin's big hand. Erwin slowly

continued to pump him, making sure to completely empty him before he stopped. The hot white liquid mixed with the bubbly water on the floor, a concoction of soap, sin and pain. Erwin slowly let go of the member, bringing his hand to rest on Levi's

waist. The hand that held his neck lowered itself to the small priest's stomach, resting on his naval. They panted together for a moment, Levi letting his head rest against Erwin. Finally, Erwin spoke, his voice thick and velvet.

"You did so good, little lamb. Look at all that sin that came from you. Thank you for letting me repent, thank you for this release."

Father Levi felt so drained he could hardly move. His place in the church didn't allow him to be touched by another, so he didn't know how much of a difference it could make. And for all the people in the lord's world it could have been, it was

Father Erwin - the being of his sin and desire, the man chosen by god himself, the being who was an angel on Earth. Levi had fantasized so long of this happening, and now that it had happened, he couldn't figure out if it was a blessing or curse.

The lord works in mysterious ways.
