Nearby a train station…
“Izumi, I know you're upset about what the doctor stated.” Inko stated next to a young girl. “You should try to see how it would benefit others.”
“I know, but most of the time those with flashy quirks are the ones that are paraded and those without are ignored.” Izumi quietly stated as she had tears in her eyes. “My quirk only allows me to survive in hostile environments, so I could be a rescue hero but they don’t get any credit for their work.”
“What about Thirteen?” Inko asked, trying to get her daughter to cheer up.
“Thirteen’s quirk is flashy and is very dangerous thus she gets recognized for her control of her quirk.” Izumi replied as she sighed.
“Try to stay positive.” Inko stated as they boarded a train to head home, which they never did as the train exploded but they couldn’t find all the bodies.
Two weeks later inside a lab…
“An adaptability quirk. Doctor, this quirk doesn’t seem useful for my plans, and it is useless for me.” All for One stated to another person in the room.
“I told you that this girl’s quirk was useless, but she would make a great Nomu, and we can let the Nomu keep her useless quirk, as no matter how the heroes try to kill her she would survive.” The doctor stated getting a simple nod from All for One.
“Ah, an unkillable Nomu. That would make a perfect weapon to use on him.” All for One replied with a chuckle. “Prepare her for becoming a Nomu.”
“I will.” The Doctor answered as the doctor chuckled. “She will be the strongest Nomu ever, one that will make a better body for All for One.” He stated after All for One left.
A year later…
“We have to do the procedure now, as it is getting harder to keep her sedated.” the Doctor revealed as he showed how much her dose has become. “Any more and we run the risk of being found.”
“I see. And it took a year to remove any trace of who she was?” All for One asked.
“About that… nothing we did to alter her identity has taken, save changing her hair color. Put her hands in acid to remove prints her hands became acid proof. Burning her hands to alter her prints she became burn proof. Though after a little while she reverts to normal, and it is a subconscious reaction that her body becomes adapted to her environment, which I believe is why it is taking larger doses for her to be sedated.” The doctor complained showing video evidence to his boss.
“She will make a great asset for my bigger plan, and he will need a bodyguard besides Kurogiri, and one that might prove to be immune to Decay, which we can’t test at the moment.” All for One muttered as he smiled. “I guess her having a past will not make a difference. Not that they could stop her, more so after I give her some powerful quirks to go with it.”
“What quirks are you planning on putting in this Nomu?” The doctor asked as they got ready to make the girl a Nomu.
“I might regret giving up Ultra Regeneration, but it has done more than enough, and it seems to have stopped repairing. Shock Absorption for her fighting any physical fighter. Super Strength and Speed, two quirks I do not need as I have other ways of those types of powers. And Teleport if it can fit, as that would allow her to protect him faster than Kurogiri.” All for One stated as he pondered. “Yes, that should be it.”
“Understood. But shouldn’t we keep Ultra Regeneration?” The doctor asked as All for One chuckled.
“We can always find a better regeneration quirk.” All for One stated as they moved to a different part of the lab and the girl was transferred there as well.
After a little bit…
“She still has brain functions after implanting four other quirks?” The doctor stated in shock.
“Hmmm…” All for One paused for a moment. ‘Could Adaptability be stronger than I thought? Maybe I should have used it myself to see its usefulness.’
“Maybe Teleport will cause the brain to stop functioning.” The doctor stated concerned about the project failing.
“I agree.” All for One stated as he gave her Teleport and the machines watching her body all showed a massive spike in activity. “Doctor this is not normal.”
“Where am I?” the girl asked as she looked around, hitting the two people next to her, which did send them flying. ‘Mom told me about a cafe… Maybe I can run away and find refuge there.’ The girl thought right as she vanished from the room.
“Damn it!” All for One shouted as he coughed blood. “She escaped.”
‘I was not expecting her to wake up, I thought she would turn into a Nomu.’ The doctor thought with a frown. ‘Now I have to wait for his pet project to become suitable.’
Near a cafe…
“So Shota, how is your new job?” A green haired woman asked as she looked at the sour face of the guy she was talking to.
“Sucks. I don’t see the appeal of being a teacher. More so to those that can’t see that actions have consequences.” Shota replied as he looked out to the street only to gasp as a young girl appeared in the street. ‘Illegal quirk usage… no she looks panicked, and why the middle of the street?’
“Where did she come from?” the woman asked as she saw a truck hit the girl only for the truck to crumple and the girl to look okay. “That’s not normal.”
“That’s two different quirks, Emi.” Shota stated as he slowly got up and then groaned as a young teen wearing a suit walked to the girl and demanded that she turn herself in for illegal quirk usage.
“I’m the one that needs help, I don’t know how I’m doing this!” The girl shouts as the teen scoffs.
‘I’m going to have to save both of them.’ Shota thought as he stood up and looked over to Emi. “Sorry but…”
“Oh I know, I’m going to help too. The kid looks like she needs to lighten up.” Emi replied as she also stood up only for Shota to stare at her. “What?”
“Pay the bill.” Shota deadpanned as he walked to the fight. ‘She sent the brat flying with a single punch so super strength, teleported, survived a truck hitting her so Shock absorbtion or nullification… Erasure is going to have some issue with her.’
“I told you not to engage, Death Arms.” Gunhead shouted as he ran up to stop her only for him to get flung by the girl with a simple toss. “Okay, she is stronger than she looks.”
“It might be best for me to deal with her.” Shota stated getting Gunhead to look at him.
“And you are?” Gunhead asked.
“Erasure hero: Eraserhead.” Shota stated as he showed a card to Gunhead. “I was off duty but seeing how your intern made things worse.”
“I’ll talk to him about that, so what can you do?” Gunhead asked as he slowly got back to his feet.
“I can erase quirks while I look at the person.” Shota stated as his eyes turned red and his hair stood up and he started to walk to the girl who looked like she was about to panic even more. “Calm down, you are giving me a dry eye.”
“I think I was kidnapped, and given quirks… I don’t know how I escaped.” the girl stated as Shota sighed.
“You teleported to the street. You shouldn’t be held responsible for some people not thinking about why someone would break a law.” Shota stated as he looked her over. “Silver hair, with gold streaks, that should be easy to locate.”
“My hair is different.” the girl shouted as she looked at her reflection and then fainted.
“Well that complicates things.” Shota deadpanned.
