“Pleeeeeeeeeease?”
“No.”
“For meeeeeeeee?”
A grunt.
“Foooor the sake?”
Silence, then the green-haired swordsman side-eyed you from where he was resting against the mast pole. His arms were folded over his chest, swords beside him on the deck, and what was once irritation on his face was slowly but surely fading away.
“Fine.”
You cheered, swaying in front of him. There was a picnic basket in your hand, a large one, and the grin on your face was just so bright that it nearly blinded Zoro. He wanted to not care, wanted to roll his eye and ignore the fact that, that smile of yours made his heart race, but the best he could do was just look away and grab his weapons, attaching them at his hip. He was rough, a gruff man that didn’t do things like romance; the whole idea made him uncomfortable, honestly. You? You liked that crap, and he liked you so he had to learn to adapt. You did things for him, the least he could do was do something for you. This though? A picnic “date”? The thought made him want to roll his eye and walk away (except not because he liked that he made you happy so by simply saying “yes”) to throw up or something. Then again, that feeling was always there when you were around, as much as he hated it.
What the hell had you done to him?
Zoro was barely ready to go when you took his hand and dragged him towards the ramp that had settled on the sand, him nearly tripping but catching himself. “Hold on!” he shouted, trying to stop you but you had an impressive amount of strength at that moment. Though, once you hit the sand, you let his hand go and he didn’t like tha -
Wait. Stop.
The two of you walked along in silence, you following the water in your bare feet and clearly enjoying yourself. Zoro, on the other hand, was content in just watching you, but when you glanced at him he tossed his head to the side and tried to ignore the heat in his cheeks. He didn’t like being caught, particularly by you who would only tease him about it. You didn’t this time though, and he breathed a sigh of relief when you simply strolled ahead of him.
“Thank you for this.” You turned, walking backwards on the sand with a big smile, hands clutching the basket.
“Yeah, yeah, whatever.”
You waited for Zoro to catch up, him only a few steps behind but you turned when you were at his side and continued on yourself. “It’s not ‘whatever’,” you told him with an attempt at copying his voice, bumping your shoulder against his arm, “this is really nice of you. I know this isn’t your thing so I appreciate you doing it for me.”
Zoro frowned, his arms crossing. “I’m doing it for the booze, remember?”
Suuuuuuuuuure.
“Okay, alright,” you said, chuckling softly at the fact that you knew he was lying as you glanced back to see how far The Sunny was from you. It was far enough you decided, the ship in the distance and small in your line of sight, and you stopped.
Zoro went ahead a bit but then looked over his shoulder at you when he noticed you weren’t beside him, staring before he was turning and holding out his hand. “Here?” he asked, short in doing so to protect his rugged personality. You nodded at Zoro and opened the basket, pulling out a blanket and you handed it to him. He unfolded it with a whip of his arms, let it completely do so before he went to settle it, and it would have if it weren’t for the breeze that came off the water.
All you could do was laugh loudly as you held onto your beach hat when Zoro scowled at the fact that the blanket went flying out of his hands. You thought that was it, you were sure his patience was going to run out right then and there, but all he did was grumble a curse under his breath and stomp over to grab it again. He glared at you when he noticed you were hiding your amusement behind your hand, and all you could do was bite your lip for a second. “I’m sorry, I really am. You have to admit that was kind of funny.”
“Your sense of humor sucks.” Once again Zoro whipped the blanket, a little more aggressively than last time, and he was successful in laying it on the sand this time. He took the basket from you, quick to set it down so that the blanket didn’t have a chance to fly away again because he wasn’t chasing after it a second time. You were damn lucky he was even here in the first place (except it wasn’t luck, he would’ve followed you anyway) because this definitely was not his style. He didn’t do the whole date thing, but you liked to have moments to remember and so he went along with it because he didn’t want to disappoint you.
Zoro dropped down, sitting on one side of the blanket before looking up at you. “Well come on,” he said, gesturing to the other side. You pouted then, and he had to wonder what he had done, but you just glanced down at the basket that would’ve been in between the two of you if you sat down where he told you to. His gaze dropped so that he could stare at it, and then he huffed through his nose and took the handle of the basket before shoving it down so there was space beside him. “Happy?”
You lit up and nodded, smoothing the back of the skirt of the dress you were wearing, and holding it before taking a seat. Instantly did the warmth Zoro exuded bleed into you, the sudden breeze making you chilly; you hadn’t prepared for that, and The Sunny was too far away for you to go back. Besides, if you did that you ran the risk of Zoro fleeing, and that was the last thing you wanted. Now there was a question - if Zoro seemed so displeased, why did you bother? The answer was that he wasn’t, not really. The pirate had a great mask, wore it very well, but you had seen through it pretty much immediately and picked up on his layers underneath. Now they were still a little rough, jagged and sharp, but there was something under it all that you liked - calmness. Zoro had this ability to just … chill; he could sleep, he could rest, he could go off on his own and be content. You liked that, because while you were rather extroverted, you needed that moment of stillness in your life that only Zoro could provide. There was just something about him that made you float, made your heart race; you were total opposites, but that always seemed to work, didn’t it?
It did, and even Zoro knew that. He thought he’d be annoyed by you, you were a lot like Luffy except with a brain, yet when you looked at him and smiled that first time there was something that rushed through him so intensely that it shocked him. Those surges continued the longer you spent time around him, and soon enough he was associating the good feeling he felt with you. You brought an excitement that was a little contagious, even if he didn’t show it too often.
You reached for the basket and pulled it close, flipping open the lid and digging around until you could present to him a personal-sized jug, pulling the cork out for him and tossing it back in before handing the drink off. “If you really are here just for the booze then I’m going to be so mad,” you said, though it was joking. Kind of. Maybe not? You definitely would’ve been hurt at the very least. The thing was that you knew Zoro well enough to know it wasn’t the drink; it helped, sure, but you also knew that if you asked anything of him he’d do his best to do it. He’d never admit that, even to you, but his actions said so and the fact that he had - reluctantly - come with you meant something.
“Nah, the food looks good, too.”
“Oh my god!” You pushed him a bit, and you saw the corner of his mouth lift into a smirk, him the one amused now considering he had barely budged at your shove. “Seriously?”
“Yup,” he said, leaning back until he was holding himself up on an elbow and taking a drink.
Zoro was teasing you and you knew it, but you still had to stick your tongue out at him with a tad bit of irritation. You occupied yourself by digging into the basket and pulling out a drink for yourself, not booze but rather a sweet drink that Sanji had prepared unknowingly for yours and Zoro’s “date”. “Fine then, I’ll just keep all the food to myself and you can leave.”
Releasing a chuckle Zoro looked at you, being the one to lean in and bump your shoulder with his this time. “Alright, I guess you’re pretty good company.”
You frowned, pulling out a couple of sandwiches and asked, “Company? Is that what I am? Do you kiss all of your “company”? If you do, I'm going to be offended.”
Zoro choked, sputtered, and he had to bring his hand up and wipe his mouth with the back of it. He was at a loss for words, wondering how you could speak about things like that so easily. The fact that it flustered him so much pissed him off, he didn’t like the feeling of embarrassment, especially in front of you, but the problem was that you were the only one that embarrassed him. Zoro was used to being calm, cool, and collected, and yet when it came to you he lost all of that. It was annoying, but it was as much as it was kind of … well, nice. He didn’t expect to experience the feelings he did when he was around you, and now that he had he kind of liked it, but he’d never, ever admit that to anyone. You knew though, he knew you knew, but you never bothered him about it. Sure, you teased him about not wanting to do certain things with you, and sometimes you pressed his buttons by digging your elbow into his ribs and calling him a softy, but you never went deep enough to make him uncomfortable about it. You didn’t need to, you could read him like a book and that both terrified and excited him.
… It was mostly excitement, though.
You couldn’t hide your smile, not even behind the drink you were taking, and you had to cut your sip short to giggle. “So is that a yes, or a no?”
Zoro muttered something under his breath but didn’t say anything because you knew the answer, and when his eye glanced at you, you were a little smug and unwrapping a sandwich. You held it out to him and he snatched it from you, taking a big bite to shut himself up before he got too overwhelmed by his bashfulness. He didn’t think he could ever feel that emotion, yet here he was. “Shut up, you know I don’t,” he answered with his mouth full, a little muffled but understandable.
“Ew, swallow your food before you speak,” you chided, but even that was playful and you wrinkled your nose at him. “That’s good to know, though, ‘cause if you did I’d be pretty hurt.”
No, Zoro didn’t like that idea. His crewmates probably thought he didn’t care but screw ‘em, what he didn’t care about was what they thought. It was important for you to know though, because if there was something he didn’t want you to think it was that he wasn’t loyal. He didn’t need to be, there wasn’t anything official because that didn’t interest either of you, but there wasn’t anyone else he’d let himself be like this around. What was “this” exactly? “This” was damn stupid and made him weak, vulnerable, and he just wasn’t that kind of man, yet you broke him down and destroyed his walls brick by brick. He didn’t think you were that strong, nor did he think you were so impressionable, and yet you captivated him and made him look like a dumbass. He hated that so much, but didn’t mind it at the same time as long as it kept you around.
“Stop whining. I’m here, aren’t I?” Zoro said after swallowing, waiting a few seconds before taking another bite.
You smiled softly and looked down at your own sandwich as you unwrapped it, taking a bite yourself and enjoying it. “I really mean it, you know? Thank you for this.” Zoro grunted but didn’t make a comment, and you knew that acknowledgement was the best you were going to get. A comment, any comment, would’ve made a smartass out of him, but that simple noise? You knew it was his way of saying “you’re welcome”.
That moment of stillness you said you needed, this was it. You and Zoro, sitting on the beach and eating your lunch, enjoying watching the waves and clouds traveling across the sky. You didn’t get the moment too many times, you fed off the energy of other people and almost everyone else on the crew was a little crazy. They really amped you up, but Zoro? Zoro brought you back down to a point where you could settle, rest. Then you’d start up again and you could practically feel Zoro’s annoyance, and then you’d let him be. You had to be smart if you were going to be with Zoro the way you were, you couldn’t step on his toes but you learned the perfect path around him to walk on. You didn’t know how you did it, no one did, but you had a feeling it wasn’t all on you.
At first Zoro was sure you were nothing special. Did that sound mean? He liked to pretend he wasn’t nice, liked to pretend that he didn’t care, but soon he did. Suddenly he cared big time about the things that involved you, and that shocked him because he normally wasn’t affected by others in the way he was affected by you. He was genuinely interested in what you were doing, and he wanted to learn about those things? He let you teach him about them, and in turn he learned about you. He liked that, and that startled him at first, though slowly but surely he was warming up to that fact which also surprised him. It wasn’t like him to be so eager after all, but there he was almost chasing after you. Except he actually was chasing after you, but he’d never confess that.
The rest of your lunch was silent, but it was comforting more than it was awkward, and that was just how things were with you and Zoro in moments like this; you didn’t need to talk, if anything it would’ve just been a disruption. So your time passed in silence, stretched long enough that the sun had started making its descent, but eventually it got chilly and you only got closer and closer to Zoro who didn’t seem the slightest bit bothered by it. In fact, as the sky darkened, he flopped onto his back and let his arm stretch out behind you, and when you glanced down at him in curiosity he scoffed.
“You’re cold,” was what he said, “so come on.”
You bit your lip in order to stop a huge smile from breaking out across your face, but you failed. “You’re pretty sweet, you know that?” you asked, watching Zoro frown but not for long considering you laid down yourself next to him and curled into his side. “I know you think you aren’t, but you really are.”
“Stop talking.”
You pouted and your head popped up from where it was lying on his arm. “Alright there, grumpy pants, now you’re just making me feel like you really don’t want to be here. It’s fine if you don’t, you can go, but don’t ma -”
Oh.
The hand that scooped the back of your head pulled you in, a little roughly but not too hard. With frightening accuracy were you pulled in to have your lips meet Zoro’s, you surprised for only a moment before you melted into the kiss you had zero hand in initiating. No, it was all Zoro, and he knew that he could easily turn you into a puddle by doing something so simple. Then again, considering the swordsman … was it actually really that simple?
The kiss broke shortly after, and you were left dazed. Honestly you always were because Zoro made you feel like that quite often when he was affectionate, and that was because he wasn’t the type to be so, so this really shocked you. The Sunny was in the distance, sure, and you’d know long before they arrived that someone would be coming, but it was still out in the open and yet Zoro made his move. It was brief, but it still happened, and your heart was so warm at the fact.
“Stop talking,” Zoro repeated, and there was no denying that it was a little softer than the last demand.
You smiled, and this time you simply got a little closer and laid your head on his strong chest. Zoro’s arm curled around you, holding you close to warm you up when you shivered lightly. See? He cared! He just liked to make it seem like he didn’t, although those defenses slipped away with time when he was with you.
With no reputation to uphold (you already saw past it so there was really no point) Zoro could be a little more vulnerable, and he hated the fact that you made him so soft. You weren’t oblivious to the way that when it came to you, the pirate was a little weak. It wasn’t mentally, and it certainly wasn’t physically because he was always ready, but emotionally? Well, Zoro never really thought about his emotions, but then all of a sudden you made him. You? You knew that, and while you could’ve done so you didn’t take advantage of it. It was a sensitive subject, and while you had your questions, Zoro - surprisingly - didn’t have the bravery to talk about it without getting a little annoyed because of the fact. You made him feel strange enough, he didn’t need it to get any weirder.
The thing was that it wasn’t unusual as much as it was foreign. Zoro knew swords and fighting, and he knew booze and a good time, but he didn’t quite know adoration. He just knew that when he saw you his stomach flopped and his heart pounded, and at first it was very jarring but he eventually got used to it. Well, it wasn’t that he got used to it, he just ignored it and hoped that it would go away. It never did, not until you were far enough that he could feel like you weren’t there with him. You liked him, too though, and so staying away wasn’t something you did often; he hated the rush he got, but he liked having you around.
The silence only lasted a solid five minutes, and it was like you were counting it because the moment that minute passed your head was lifting again. “So if I keep talking you’ll kiss me again?”
Now Zoro would’ve been irritated had it been anyone else, would’ve rolled his eye and got up to leave, but all he could do was look at you and chuckle. His lips quirked into a smirk, but right before your eyes did it melt into something a little more devious. “Now that I know that’s what you want, forget it.”
“Zoro!” you shouted, brows furrowing and your hand slapping his chest.
“Hey!” Zoro responded, but he was chuckling which told you he was barely phased. His hand came up to take yours and he held it, and he continued to do so when he used his strength to roll the two of you. You were on your back and Zoro was supporting himself just slightly over you, his fingers slipping through yours and pressed your hand into the blanket beside your head. “That’s not convincing me.”
You pouted, and unknown to you Zoro’s resolve melted a bit. “Meanie,” you called him, a deserved title considering he was being so cruel. Okay fine, “cruel” was an intense word, but somewhere along that line sat Zoro because he was just teasing you.
“If I’m so mean then why’d you invite me here, huh?”
You grumbled, his words repeated back to him with an obnoxious twist on the sound of your voice. You didn’t have a proper answer, didn’t really know what you could say because Zoro caught you. You invited him there because you wanted to spend time with him despite him being so grumpy, and the bastard knew that, too. “Fine, whatever,” you muttered, looking away.
Now you sounded like him.
Zoro squeezed your hand, and it drew your attention back to him. “Don’t be like that, you know I like being here,” he told you, but it was quiet as if he was scared anyone else could hear; it wasn’t too far off, you were the only person he wanted to know.
You studied Zoro’s face and you did it for a long moment, your eyes flitting over each feature before your other hand came up and cupped his cheek. Your thumb gently passed his scar before you paused, and you smiled a little bashfully. “Really?”
Zoro scoffed though it wasn’t hostile, simply amused at the fact that you needed the reassurance. Catch that? You needed the reassurance, you didn’t just want it, and Zoro found it a little endearing that you needed him to admit it. Normally he wouldn’t bother, wouldn’t entertain the idea of your shenanigans, but when you needed the encouragement he found himself wanting to give it to you.
“Yeah, really,” he said, no sneering involved because it was just him being genuine.
Your smile transformed into a grin and your hand dropped, resting on Zoro’s chest to trace over the contours of the muscles. “That’s good, I’m glad,” you said, avoiding his gaze because you were far too sheepish to be able to keep staring at him.
That’s when Zoro let go of your hand and let himself be the one to cup your face then, tipping it back up. “Look at me,” he whispered, and after a few seconds you did. “I like having you around, alright? Don’t worry about it.” Something bloomed on your face then, a look that made his heart soar because it was just so captivating, and he couldn’t help but duck down and capture your lips once more.
Your heart also did something then, beat harder in your chest and started racing. Like you had said, Zoro did things to you that you sometimes didn’t understand, but with this? This was something you understood to be fondness, because when Zoro kissed you all you could think about was how enchanting it was. He did that to you, made you lose all senses and took them for himself. It wasn’t out of greed or selfishness, he just had the ability to do so by simply touching you even, so that didn’t save you from the touch of his lips to yours.
The hand that was Zoro’s chest slid up, traveled up his neck until it was holding the back of it and you were pulling him in more. That’s when Zoro moved, too, lifted himself up the rest of the way to hold all of his weight over you when he released your face. Hands planted on either side of your head, dress hiked up just enough that he could settle in between your legs without trapping it, and your fingers dancing up his arm sent a wave of goosebumps over his skin. Leaning in more, Zoro took over the kiss completely, deepening it and drinking up the gentle moan you released into his mouth.
Fast and hard, that’s how Zoro was; it was easier that way, to succumb to the desperation of lust and chase after all of the pleasure as fast as possible. That high was addicting, the one where that built up fast until it all came crashing down with a blindsiding blow. That was simple, but Zoro wasn’t ignorant to more complex things. At a point, when things were a little easier and playful between you two, that playfulness turned into … Well, Zoro didn’t exactly know what it was, but you showed him all the ways of pleasure, and he realized that sometimes slow was good. It was a flickering flame, a fire that built steadily instead of blowing up, and you showed Zoro that he could enjoy that, and he did enjoy it! A lot actually, and he certainly didn’t mind it now.
You didn’t either, in fact if anything you were incredibly excited at the moment. You had decided the two of you were far enough away from your crew that it wasn’t a problem, your hands made their way down to where Zoro’s waist was, tracing the long scar across his chest until your fingers found the sash and tugged. Eventually it loosened, hung uselessly as his coat fell open and revealed even more of his delectable skin that you let your hands roam over. They came up, pushed the material past Zoro’s shoulders so that your touch could move to them, digging your fingers in there to pull him closer. He let you, laid against you just enough that you felt his weight, and you sighed when you felt it and were totally, wholly surrounded by him.
The kiss broke but the two of you barely went anywhere, in fact you could still feel Zoro’s lips brushing yours when your eyes slid open just enough to be able to see his face. You smiled, a little dopey, and your hands moved up and down Zoro’s arms slowly. You leaned up again, left a soft kiss behind, and then dropped your head to the blanket to back away completely. It wasn’t too often that Zoro looked at you the way he was at the moment, with a soft smile and hooded eyes; it was a tender look, gentle, and you didn’t know how to handle it when it came from someone so rugged.
That was exactly what it was, too. You had grown used to the bristly nature that made up part of Zoro’s personality which made him nothing short of a thug. Then again he was a pirate, wasn’t he? You guessed they went hand in hand. For some reason you adored that, and someone could ask why you did and you weren’t exactly sure. Was it because your own personality was the polar opposite? At first it had made you curious, but then as time went on it became sort of charming. That wasn’t usually a word to be associated with Zoro, but when it came to you he was. After some time he had shown that side of him, the one that cared and trusted you enough to expose his layers to you until you got right to the center. You had broken him down, and in that you found a bit of a sweet spot, but it was meant for you and only you.
When it came down to it, things didn’t need to be so intense with you, and that wasn’t just for you because it made Zoro feel like he could breathe. He was still on guard, sure, he couldn’t exactly let that go because of who he was, but you made it easier for him to feel like he could just rest. You were a peaceful force and it reached him, too, bled into him until he was finding peace himself, and that feeling became his addiction.
One of the hands that had been holding him up moved, along your waist and over your hip until it was running down further. It found your thigh and touched the warm, bare skin there, finding even more when it slid up under your dress. You let out a sigh, a pleased sound at the rough hand that was running up and down your leg, and then it moved up even more and it stayed there. When Zoro’s head dropped down yours tipped to the side, eyes slowly shutting when his lips found the sensitive skin of your neck and pressed kisses there. It wasn’t anything more, just a soft touch of Zoro’s mouth over your racing pulse, but they did trail along your jaw and further still to find your own lips once more. For a final time did your hands travel up Zoro’s arms until they came to hold his face again, holding him close before they continued on and you wound your arms around his neck. The slightly innocent touch to your leg became less so when Zoro’s fingers dragged over the skin above the band of your underwear, teasing you and making you shiver under his touch. A sound came next, a soft one that Zoro devoured when he coaxed your mouth open so that his tongue could find yours, chasing the sweetness that flooded his senses and made his brain go empty.
You were really good at that.
“Zoro, please,” you whispered when the kiss broke. His fingers were light, barely touching you, and you hated every second of that. He did it every single time, teased you just like this and not even really realizing it. To him they were just soft, but to you they were fire and sparks, bouncing along the trail he made.
Now playful the both of you could be, rile each other up until it was just too much; admittedly that was mostly how it went, it was just the way the two of you were. Although the two of you had your moments, and when Zoro touched his forehead to yours and listened you knew it was one of those moments. No hesitation, only certainty when the two of you moved forward and lost yourselves in one another.
Zoro’s fingers were careful when they slipped past the band of your underwear, gentle in their awareness of the sensitivity, and you were holding your breath until you were touched. It was released with a quiet moan, your arms slipping from around Zoro’s neck until they dropped to your sides again, twisting the sheet in your fists when rough fingertips dragged over the slit of your pussy. It was what you wanted but it wasn’t nearly enough, and your hips were lifting which only made Zoro chuckle. It wasn’t at you, but it was in amusement at your eagerness and want for more, something he gave to you when he dipped past your folds. Your breath came out with a shudder, and your legs spread just a little wider to give Zoro more room which he quickly took advantage of. He found your clit, circled it slowly with his finger until you were left throbbing and whimpering with sensitivity, left you a little slick which helped when that finger left the swollen nub and traveled through your folds again until Zoro was teasing your entrance. Your hips lifted then, wanting more, and you received just that when he slowly sunk two fingers deep inside of you. You were left breathless, your eyes slipping shut and teeth sinking into your bottom lip when the thick fingers stretched you. Your lungs greedily took in air when you could breathe, coming out with a tremble when Zoro started pumping those talented digits. They blew your mind on a good day, but when the swordsman decided he wanted to take his time? Well … fuck.
“Zoro,” you murmured, a rush of his name when his fingers curled just right. Your back lifted, arched off the ground, and you rolled your hips against the thrusts. “Like that.”
With his gaze traveling up from his business to your face, Zoro watched you closely when your face twisted in pleasure as he kept up his slow pace. You liked the idea of the crescendo, of the up, up, up until it reached its peak, and then that fall was euphoric. For the most part Zoro chased the high as fast as possible, but you taught him your ways and now here he was taking it slow for the sake of your pleasure. He didn’t mind, not when you looked so stunning all breathless and flushed underneath him.
“Tell me what you want,” Zoro whispered after having leaned down to kiss you, leaving another one to the corner of your mouth before they trailed down your jaw and towards your neck. He could feel your speeding pulse underneath his lips, giving the spot a soft bite and making you gasp.
Your hands had moved to his shoulders at some point, and your fingers dug into the muscle there when Zoro’s husky voice blew past your ear. “You,” was your response, just a quick word that barely made it out when it was cut off by your gasp, his thumb swiping over your clit and making your hips jerk a bit. “Please?” you tried, and it worked. It didn’t seem like it though, because after you did Zoro’s hand was pulling back from you and you grunted, but you knew full well you wouldn’t be left for long.
Zoro pushed himself back onto his knees, worked on the clasps of his coat to let it fall open completely and didn’t even get a chance to go any further because you had shot up and worked on his pants yourself. He let you, watched as you did, and when you had tugged his belt free and got the button and zipper undone you looked up at him and he was smirking down at you. He studied you as your cheeks darkened, went from pink to a red flush when you noticed, and your lip was trapped between your teeth which was only bit down on harder and harder the longer Zoro looked at you. You avoided his eyes which he found amusing, but he was forcing you to look at him when his finger under your chin guided your head.
When you met his gaze that smirk he was wearing previously softened, and dare you say the look on his face was gentle? It wasn’t like it hadn’t happened before, the two of you did have your fair share of quiet, private moments, but every time he looked at you the way he was you couldn’t help but melt. It was like you did, too, lowered yourself back onto the blanket once more, and you smiled back at Zoro though yours was far more sweeter. He finished the job then, only undressing enough that he could pull his cock free because he truly couldn’t underestimate his crew’s ability to just appear, and he must’ve considered your situation as well because only the skirt of your dress was hiked up. Your underwear was pulled to the side, the material of the crotch just as wet as your cunt was in excitement, and you were immediately blessed with friction when Zoro’s hips rolled forward. You let out a pleased sound, just the slightest brush of his stiff length through your folds giving you a taste of what was to come, and you couldn’t help but whine when the tip of his length teased your clit.
“Zoro,” was all you said, breathlessly and desperate, and you watched as the green-haired man stared down at you with an intensity that made you hot under his gaze. You liked it, him staring at you; most people would get embarrassed, uneasy, but you were more than happy to let him drink you up. There was no question as to whether not he was enjoying the offered view, you knew he did because you wouldn’t be here in this situation if he didn't, so you put yourself on display with a bite of your lip that had lifted into a sultry smirk. “Come on, I know you want it just as bad.”
Honestly he did try, Zoro wanted to keep teasing you for as long as possible, but you weren’t wrong. If he tried hard enough then maybe, but the fact of the matter was that he wasn’t patient at the moment and he didn’t have interest in letting himself suffer. Gripping himself he took just a quick second to run it along your slit once more, but then in one more swift push of his hips Zoro was filling you. You were so incredibly tight around his cock that he couldn’t help but groan as he sunk in, your own sound fuelling the fire that lit itself inside of him. You released your own moan and it went straight to his aching dick, buried deep inside of your pussy that was wrapped around him so tightly.
One of your hands slid up Zoro’s torso and rested on his chest, feeling over the skin while your other found the blanket, twisting it in your grip when he drew his hips back and thrusted forward again. Like you had said the swordsman knew rough and tough, fast and hard, and yet the rhythm he had set was leisurely, just soft rolls of his hips to fill you over and over again. He knew all of that, sure, but he also knew that he could drive you crazy with a slow pace and he preferred seeing you writhe underneath him. He learned slow and steady from you, and that made a moan slip from your parted lips to be carried away with the breeze when he kept up his deliberate thrusts.
Once kneeling, Zoro dropped down to his hands to hover above you, and you felt his hands twist into the blanket beside your head from where he was holding himself up. It was as if that simple move drove him deeper, and both of you were left gasping when you suddenly clenched around him, a rush of pleasure surging through you. You drew your legs up to Zoro’s hips, your knees hugging his sides and your head fell back when a particularly sharp thrust hit you just right. “Keep going,” you whispered when Zoro’s face buried into your neck, the words blowing past his ear but heard nonetheless. Your hands flew to Zoro’s back, your fingers digging in there and all you could do was hang on as the man above you pleased you in all the right ways.
It was right for him, too, so why wouldn’t he keep chasing it? If it pleasured the both of you then there was no need for him to stop, in fact if anything there was room to make it better. It was as simple as following your instruction, going faster when you requested it and slamming his hips when you begged for him to go faster. He wasn’t so complicated, he was happy to just drown in whatever ecstasy he could find, and he found it with you. It wasn’t just physical (though the two of you really, really enjoyed that) but when emotions came into play the euphoria hit so much better. That surprised Zoro a lot, the fact that things felt so much better when he let himself succumb to how he felt about you; it took him a while, but he got there eventually. In that came an indescribable pleasure that he could only achieve with you, when he listened to you and did what you wanted because it seemed like you knew he wanted those things as well. He hated to say that you knew him through and through, but …
“Right there. God, right there!” you cried out, eyes squeezed shut and chest rising and falling with the pants that were leaving you. It was perfectly accurate, Zoro’s thrusts that filled you just right over and over again. Your pleasure was creeping, clawing right up from deep within your belly to your throat that could only escape with your whimpers and whines. Your neck was damp, Zoro’s own groans hot as they fanned over the skin and made it even stickier with the light sheen of sweat that was building up; you didn’t have to worry about that chill anymore, not when Zoro was doing such a good job at keeping you warm. You heard Zoro swear, a quick curse that was lost in your skin, and you arched up into him to try and get as close as possible. “I - … Zoro, I’m right there,” you told him, your nails biting into where they were grappling to hang onto his shoulder blades. You were begging at that point, desperate and just so, so, so close to the white hot pleasure that was creeping up. That’s how it started, a slow rise, but then in one great rush it burst and surged through you right from your toes to the very tips of your fingers, your loud cry of ecstasy surely ringing out which made you thankful for the distance you put in between yourself and The Sunny.
Zoro wasn’t ignorant to your sensitivity, he knew that the pleasure that hit you had grown more and more until it flushed through you, but he wanted that, too. The blankets in his hand were gathered up tightly, pulled on when he let his hips slam faster, harder. He wanted to reach that euphoria, wanted to hit his high so that he could fall right off, and he was just so, so, so close to it that he was chasing it in any way possible. Sharp, accurate thrusts, a relish in the way you were so tight around him, clenching with the aftermath of your orgasm, and it wasn’t long before you drew him to you until he was falling off his peak. The sound that left him was broken, a choked moan when his final thrust had him flush against you, and he dumped his load deep inside of you when he buried his cock into your soaked cunt. Zoro was throbbing, his pleasure coming as waves throughout his body, and when they calmed he was shaking which he could only give into as he pulled out of you and flopped to lay beside you.
The stars were what both of you were staring back, the sun having set at some point during your antics. The chilly air was now welcome, what was once making your skin rise with goosebumps now relieving considering everything was just so hot now. Silence, that was another thing that you and Zoro laid in, but it wasn’t anything weird or awkward, just using the moment to clear the fog as you dressed properly again before falling back once more. It was with harsh breaths and burning bodies, a haze of satisfaction blurring your head, and you weren’t sure for how long you two stayed like that but eventually your head was turning to the side, cheek on the blanket. Zoro glanced at you but didn’t turn, instead finding your hand to hold which was unfamiliar due to its rarity, so you enjoyed it with a clasp of your fingers between his.
Pillowtalk? Not in Zoro’s vocabulary. He was more of a man of action, a guy that liked to show his feelings instead of talking about them. That mostly came with the fact that he really didn’t know what to say in moments like this, intimate ones, so he settled for quietness and words unspoken. You always knew what he meant anyway, it wasn’t like he had to try and tell you because you just got him, understood him.
So there, under the stars with your hands tightly clasped, Zoro didn’t have to say he loved you because you already knew.
