Sam's finger pulled and circles the wound sliced into Cas’s wrist, they stopped using his hand a while ago, Sam never told him why. His thumb pushed at the side, forcing a gush of blood to pump out and slip down his forearm, Cas shivered at the feeling, thank god his pain tolerance was high enough for this.
He licked up the stream with one, paced movement, taking his time before latching onto the wound and lapping up the blood. Castiel's mind wandered to the kiss he shared with Meg, Sam's movements vaguely resemble the ones of his then. It was disturbing yet exhilarating, filling his body with nervous adrenaline that pooled in his gut.
He hissed when Sam's tongue dug into the cut, opening it more and ripping more blood from his veins before biting down with his teeth and sucking out the blood, staring deep into Castiel's eyes like he was asking him a question.
Castiel stared back, eyebrows furrowed and drawn close, his teeth nipped at his bottom lip to muffle his reaction. They held eye contact for a moment, no sound beyond Sam's laboured breath, it was deafening. Then Sam bit down again, hard, and ran his hand up from Castiel's wrist to his hand, linking their fingers, palm flat to the back of his hand.
The sudden, unexpected shot of pain made the angel's teeth clamp down, breaking the skin and letting a drop of blood spill out and sit on his bottom lip. Sam's eyes dropped to it, pupils expanding in the dark, his hand tightened around Castiels. He drew away from his wrist, licking the blood from his face and shuffling higher on his knees to meet the angel at eye level. Dragging a hand from his hip to his cheek and leaning in to lick away the blood cautiously before leaning back and staring at him,
“May i?”
His voice was quiet and insecure, echoing in the dark, otherwise silent, room. Castiel's tongue felt thick in his mouth, he answered, voice shaking and raspy,
“Yes.”
Sam's lips met Castiels, slow and careful, a blaring contrast to how he kissed his cuts. It felt delicate, like he was scared to break him as if he hadn't harmed him carelessly before. Castiel kissed back as best as he could, hand moving to the back of his head and curling his fingers into his hair. That’s what they did in all the movies he’d watched, all the movies he'd watched with Sam.
Sam gasped into the kiss, running his thumb over Cas’s cheekbone. He led it deeper till Castiel could taste his blood on Sam's teeth, warm and metallic, the disturbing flavour did nothing but spur him on and tighten his hold on Sam's hair.
They kissed for what felt like hours, tangling in each other's limbs till the barriers of their form seemed to disappear and let them melt together. Castiel could barely feel the blood still dripping from his wrist or the hand slipping up his shirt. The buzzing of euphoria in his head, drowning out his surroundings, focused completely on the man, the force, in front of him.
He could feel Sam pulling him forward, closer, onto his lap till their chests touched and Castiel could feel the blood pumping hot and red through Sam's veins, he wanted to taste it. He wanted to consume every part of Sam until there was nothing separating them, till they were completely together and one. He bit down on Sam's lip, like he had to his own, hard enough to draw blood.
Sam groaned as his blood mixed into the kiss, both their blood, a mix of copper and candy, tangling around their tongues as they pushed together desperately. Eventually breaking away and staring at each, a string of blood stained spit connecting between their lips, faces red and panting.
A flash of grace healed Castiel's palm and lip, he left Sam’s bloody.
