"Look on the bright side Nick at least we aren’t going into the woods at sunset Halloween eve." Bishop said as she walked the dog around.
"Bishop, we are looking for a body at a creepy motel the day before Halloween."
Bishop rolled her eyes. "Oh you're fine!" She teased. "Speaking of Halloween, what are we going to be?"
"Can't tell that, it's a surprise." Nick smiled mischievously.
"Oh no..."
Then they heard Gibbs and McGee's dog howl.
"Come on Nick!" Bishop said as they ran in the direction of the dog's howl.
"We found her, call Jimmy." Gibbs said as Torres and Bishop got there.
"On it boss." McGee said.

"But my son, he needs his mother's protection and love!" Norma said as McGee took her away.
Noah walked with Jack from the interrogation room to the bullpen.
"Will I get to see her before the trial? I need to explain."
"Noah, you did the right thing, there's nothing to explain."
"I know but she's still my mother..."
"Hey.... everything will be okay."
"Thank you agent Sloane but I doubt it." Noah looked at Bishop.
"On the way out you can talk to her if you want?"
"Okay." Noah walked over to where Bishop was standing. "Hey um..... agent Bishop, I just wanted to say before I leave, I'm sorry for lying to you."
"You can call me Ellie and I forgive you."
"Thank you, it was nice meeting you." Noah said before leaving for the elevator.
"You're welcome, Noah." Bishop waved. "Jack, is he going to serve time?"
"Most likely some but he did help us solve a 27 year old murder mystery. That's gotta count for something."
"Hey guys here's the autopsy on Janet Leigh." Jimmy says walking into the bullpen, reached by Jack to give the file to McGee.
"May I?" Jack asked, holding her hand out.
"Yeah, sure Jack." McGee said.
"Good work team." Gibbs said, walking to his desk. "But it's time for the paperwork."
SATURDAY, HALLOWEEN:
*ding*dong* Bishop's apartment doorbell rang.
"I'm coming!" Bishop said, walking out of the bathroom after doing her hair for the costume. "Hey Nick." She said as she opened the door.
"Hey Ellie... damn girl, you make a hot pirate." Nick said, walking inside and looking at Bishop.
Bishop blushed. "You don't look so bad yourself, Captain." She bowed.
"Thanks Ellie, are you ready to go?" Nick put out his arm.

"Yes....." McGee said A bit frustrated.
"Hey Cowgirl! You need something, don't ya?" Delilah said, putting her hands at her hips.
"My hat!! Thanks mommy." Morgan said, smiling as McGee put the little pink cowgirl hat on her head. "Thank you daddy." She hugged him.
"You're welcome." McGee hugged his daughter back.
"Well come on! Let's get this Halloween trick or treat party started! Right Johnny?" Delilah said at the door.
"Yeah!" Johnny said excitedly.
"Okay, honey." McGee said.
Once they were outside on they're way to the van McGee said. "Hey Dee?"
"Yeah Tim?"
"Can we go by Gibbs house? I think he's all alone tonight."
"Of course we can Tim."

Jack opened the unlocked front door and turned on the porch light as she walked inside. Then she put the bag of candy for the trick-or-treaters on the table near the door, she noticed the note on it. "Well of course you are." Jack smiled at the little piece of paper with Gibbs' hand wringing on it, which read, 'I'm in the basement.' Then Jack walked to the basement door and opened it.
IN THE BASEMENT:
Gibbs stopped sanding his boat when he heard some familiar footsteps. "Happy Halloween Jack." He looked up at her coming down the stairs and walking to him.
"Happy Halloween to you too Cowboy." She said as she hugged him from behind.
He smiled then he turned around to hug her back.
"I like your boat." She said leaning in to kiss him.
"Thank you." Gibbs leaned closer to her face then they kissed.
After the kiss Jack said, smiling. "Wow even your lips had sawdust on them."
Gibbs laughed. "Well now I'm not the only one covered." He points to Jack's shirt that is now covered in sawdust too.
"Maybe you should take a shower and I should change before we call." She tried brushing off some of the sawdust from her shirt. "Can I borrow a tee shirt?"
"Of course."
"Okay good, because when I said I love the way you smell when you work with your boat this isn't what I meant." Jack said as they started walking back up the stairs.
"Oh really?" Gibbs said before kissing her cheek.

"Kasie everything looks great, thanks again for helping me and Breena with the decorations."
"No problem Jimmy, it was fun. Oh nice Frankenstein costumes."
"Thank you Kasie." Breena smiled walking to Jimmy in her bride of Frankenstein costume. "That was my dad, he says that Tori is having fun trick-or-treating with him and mom."
"That's great!" Jimmy says.
"Oh and here's a picture of her." Breena says, showing her phone to Jimmy and Kasie.
"Aw she's such a cute Cotton candy..?"
"It's what she wanted to be, so we all made the costume together." Breena smiled.
"Oh hey I need to get changed, I'll be right back." Kasie said, remembering she wasn't in her costume.
A FEW MINUTES LATER:
Some guests started to arrive.
Nick and Bishop walked in the room.
Jimmy walked to them, holding some punch. "Hey Nick, Ellie, love your pirate costumes!"
"Aw thanks Jimmy." Bishop said.
"You make a good Frankenstein."

Then Jack puts a small handful in each of their jack-o-lantern buckets. "Happy Halloween." She says.
"Thank you." One of the kids says as they all walk away.
Jack then walks but in the house. "Hey Cowboy, are you out of the shower yet? Because it's almost 7:30!" She said looking at her phone.
"Yes, coming." Gibbs walked down the stairs to where Jack stood.
"Alrighty then, so what time did Tony say they'd call?"
Gibbs shrugged.
"Gibbs..." Jack smiled, she put her arms around him. "I don't speak shrug."
Gibbs pulled her in closer and said. "Oh okay, how's this..." then he whispered in her ear. "I don't know."
"Oh Gibbs!" Jack playfully hit his shoulder.
As they kissed Gibbs' tablet started ringing.
"Oh Cowboy, that must be them now."
"Yeah, come on." Gibbs says as they walk to the couch. As Jack and Gibbs sit on the couch Gibbs answers the facecall on the tablet Tony sent him.
"Hey Gibbs! Hello Jack! Long time no see, how's life in D.C.?" Tony smiled.
"Good, how about Paris?"
"Wow, four whole words, Jack, does he talk more in person?" Tony smiled.
"Nope, he's still the functional mute." Jack laughed.
"Of course he is, oh Actually boss, Ziva, Tali and I are in London visiting Abby, she says hi and to tell you." Tony said as he signed `I love you’ in sign language.
"Tell Abbs." Gibbs then sighed miss you then he sighed I love you.

"Grandpa Gibbs I'm gonna have a little baby brother!!" Tali said, jumping up and down on the couch.
"That's great, princess!" Gibbs smiled at Tali
"When did you find out the little guy's gender?" Jack asked.
"At the 36 weeks appointment." Tony smiled.
"Aww 8 months! Wow, that's amazing." Jack said.
"Yes it is, this bagel's almost done in the oven." Ziva smiled at her baby belly.
"Ziva, it's bun in the oven, not bagel." Tony smiled, trying not to laugh at her.
"But I thought bun meant your butt.., oh never mind." Ziva crossed her arms, saying something about how English was odd under her breath.
Gibbs smiled.
"Aba I'm tired...." Tali said before she yawned.
"Okay pumpkin, say good night to grandpa Gibbs and aunt Jack."
"Okay Aba, good night grandpa Gibbs, good night auntie Jack."
"Sweet dreams princess." Gibbs waved at the screen.
"Aw good night precious." Jack smiled.
"Good night Ema." Tali says hugging Ziva. "Night night little brother." She says to Ziva's belly. "I can't wait to meet you."
Ziva smiles. "Good night Ahuva." Ziva said.
(A/N I think Ahuva means loved one in Hebrew but I could be wrong)
"Come on Tali." Tony said, holding her hand as they walked out of frame.
Gibbs, Ziva and Jack talked for a while.
When Tony came back, Jack asked. "So do you have a name for him yet?"
"Yeah we do, can I tell them?" Tony asked.
"Yes, go ahead." Ziva said.
"Okay Gibbs, what do you think of the name Anthony Jethro DiNozzo?"
Gibbs smiled, sincerely. "I love the name, Thank you."
"Aw that's so sweet!"
"I thought our son should be named after both his grandfathers." Ziva said.
Gibbs smiled and started to tear up. "Really Ziver?"
"Yes Gibbs, you are my father."
They talked for a bit longer and a few pauses for the trick or treaters, then because of London being 4 hours ahead. Tony said "You know we love you guys but I think Ziva needs to get her rest."
"Same time next week?" Ziva asked.
"If there's no big cases." Gibbs said.
"Good. It's always great talking with you guys then, bye." Tony says.
"Good bye, you take good care of his heart, now." Ziva smiled.
"I will Ziva." Jack smiled. "Bye."
They all say their goodbyes and Gibbs ends the call.
"Hey it's only 9:00, you wanna watch a movie?" Jack asks.
"Yeah, what do ya have in mind?" Gibbs got up to make some popcorn in the kitchen, and Jack followed him.
"Um... I don't know..." Jack said as she walked the counter with the knife rack, she looked at the biggest one. "Psycho!"
"You wanna watch psycho?" Gibbs asked.
"What? No. Our case, the one we just solved. It reminded me of something and I couldn't put my finger on it. I just realized it was psycho."
"Oh yeah... the motel, the stabbing."
"And of course the shower!" Jack shouted excitedly.
Then the doorbell rang.
"I'll get it. Probably some late trick or treaters." Jack walked to the door with the candy and opened the door.
"Trick or treat!!" Johnny and Morgan said, holding their buckets.
"Hey guys." Jack says, giving them some candy.
"Hey Jack...?" McGee says standing by Delilah.
Jack saw McGee's confused look and smiled. "I'll get Gibbs." Then she called out to Gibbs. "Gibbs come here, you should see these guys."
"Ok coming." Gibbs walks to the door. "Hey Johnny, hi Morgan." Gibbs smiles. "Nice to see ya Delilah, you too Tim." Gibbs nods.
"Hey Gibbs." Delilah said.
"Hi boss." McGee said.
After a few minutes of awkward conversation courtesy of Tim, the McGee family left and Jack and Gibbs went back inside.
After Tim and Delilah got the twins situated in the van Tim asked. "Why was Jack at Gibbs' house?"
"I don't know Tim, maybe neither of them had plans so they're hanging out together." Delilah shrugged.
"Yeah probably.... but she was wearing his shirt?" Tim said under his breath.
IN GIBBS' HOUSE:
"Poor McGee." Jack laughed as they walked to his living room.
"Why do ya say that Jack?" Gibbs said as he got the pan with the popcorn from the fireplace.
"He was so surprised when I opened the door instead of you." She said, sitting on the couch near him.
“So I guess we do have a thing.” Gibbs smiled as he poured the popcorn into a large bowl then he brought it to the couch and sat down by Jack, putting his arm around her.
Jack snuggled into him and took a piece of popcorn and said. “Yeah I think we do.” Then she turned on the tv.
“Good.”
The end. Maybe.
*Flight 1960 to Mexico is now boarding* The flight attendant said over the speakers.
“Hello sir, can I see your boarding pass?” The flight attendant asked at the gate.
“Of course, here.” He smiled, slowly.
“Have a wonderful flight mr. Gates.” She said giving him back his boarding pass.
“I will.” Noah said, walking to the plane doors.
