'Life is so cruel'
---
The day was oddly quiet, Alhaitham, who was in the living room was reading a book like always. Thought there was something off about today, Maybe it was because he hadn't seen Kaveh all day?
Most likely.
It wasn't like Kaveh to not come out of his room, Well it was, Kinda? He usually doesn't come out when hes working on some projects and other things. But there was something really odd today, Something Alhaitham couldn't get his grasp on.
Maybe he's just going insane and overthinking it, Or maybe not?
He should probably check on Kaveh.
Yeah, He should.
Alhaitham closed the book and set it down, He then stood up and slowly walked towards Kaveh's room. Something about it felt off, Very off. His gut told him not to enter, But, He still knocked on the architect's door.
No response.
He knocked again, And to his dismay,
There was still, No response.
Should he knock again? Or should he leave the door alone and stop hitting it (after all it has feelings too Alhaitham.)
Even though his gut was still telling him not to go in, He knocked. And once again there was no response, And due to this, He felt the need to open the door and figure out why Kaveh didn't answer or atleast open the door like he would usually do whenever Alhaitham knocked on the door.
And once he opened the door, He saw
Kaveh's room absolutely trashed,
Crumpled paper all over the floor, Paint stains everywhere on the walls and floor, Knocked over cups and other things, Pillows and blanket scattered around.
Alhaitham's eyes scanned the trashed place and his eyes finally layed on who made the mess.
There Kaveh was sitting on a wooden chair, Painting something.
"Kaveh." He said as he slowly stepped in the room and made his way to kaveh
Kaveh, Who only hums in reply, kept his focus on the painting. Not even looking up and turning to face Alhaitham.
"You should quit that and clean your room, The place is literally trashed."
"Hmm, But, This is so nice for me!" The blonde says in a happy tone, still keeping his focus on the painting
"Haitham, Maybe you should try painting some time with me, It really is nice." Kaveh continued, putting the paint pallette and paint brush down on his desk then standing up, He starts scanning the room and looks back at Alhaitham.
"..Huh, I didn't notice my room was that messy.."
"Well you should start cleaning it soon, Cause I won't."
"Oh come on Haitham! Can't you find it in your heart to atleast help me a little!!!" The architect whined while stretching a little.
"No, I am not helping you clean, your room. It's your room so you should clean it yourself."
"Hey! Don't start pulling that excuse on me!"

.
It's been so long, Kaveh.
Alhaitham thought to himself as he stared at the picture of him and the blonde.
It's been so long that Alhaitham can't even remember what the architect was even painting when that interaction happened, It was their last interaction since..
The incident.
Maybe it was better that way, Maybe it was better if he didn't remember. And maybe it was better if he just, Moved on, And forgot who Kaveh even was. Could that be what Kaveh wanted? Maybe, Maybe it was. That was probably it. Kaveh wanted everyone to move on and forget about his existence ever happening after his,
His death.
But, it was hard for Alhaitham to move on from that. It was cause, He liked Kaveh. He liked Kaveh's company, His cooking, And everything about him. He loved Kaveh, He did, He really did. And he knew Kaveh loved him back, So why did he do it?
Why? Why did he end it all?
It was cause he was tired of everything.
Alhaitham turned the picture in his hands and saw something.
'Haitham And Me'
Was written at the bottom with a tiny smiley face and a heart.
