Interesting AU premise. Hermione doesn't go to Hogwarts. She zips through the Muggle educational system like a badass but, without Harry and Ron's friendship, doesn't know how to make friends. But with the deatheaters targeting muggleborns, the wizarding world comes to her anyway. It'll be interesting to see how an older Hermione interacts with the people she knew in canon.
