Summary:

The Houses move into the house next to the Wilsons, and James and Greg are connected by their touching window awnings. James is 16, and diligently cares for his younger brother, and Greg is 17 and just trying to make it til college to escape his dad. A delightful friendship and lifelong relationship emerges.
