-PENACONY, 2 WEEKS POST DREAMS
END-

A familiar tune of humming and soft scratching of a pen against parchment paper could be heard throughout the room. It was morning, about 6 or 7 to be precise.

"Yes, I think this will be a perfect song. Although...perhaps I might be calling it perfect a bit too early."

The girl- Robin- laughs softly almost in a melancholic sense. She sets her pen down eyes flickering over to the radio. Did she hear something about the nameless? Didn't they leave shortly after the collapse of the sweet dream?

"Apparently the well-known Astral Express Namelesshave returned to Penacony. The reason for this sudden return has not been disclosed to the public nor anyone else at this moment. Now, regarding the IPCS recent-"

Robin's mouth opens and closes expectantly. "Did they accept my offer?"

"Hello Trailblazers! I hope my message finds you well! I heard you are all leaving Penacony soon, I wish you safe travels of course and do hope you had an experience to remember here. But I do have a request..."

Not too long ago, I had made a deal with Jade, one of the IPC'S Ten Stone Hearts. I requested she spare my brother from a lifetime behind bars and even worse, possible execution. In turn for his freedom, he can no longer stay on Penacony, and painfully.... we are to be separated forever. Though I'm sure one day we can meet again.

For now, he is still in prison. I haven't seen him since the Sweet-dreams end so I'm not sure how he is doing, though I have tried thinking of what the future could hold for him. I don't want him to leave Penacony just to be trapped once more somewhere else and that's when I thought about possibly asking you all.

The Express...is like a family or a close-knit group of friends. I think my brother might fit in nicely. I believe it's a chance for him to start anew...away from all of this. He deserves a life where he is not shackled with the thorns of his cage. I want him to have proper freedom and help. To have a real taste of actually living and not surviving.

I understand it's an unusual request, but I believe it's in my brother's best option. I know that he would find his purpose on the Astral Express among all of you... It will mean a lot to me if you'll consider it. I completely understand if it does not work out.

More than anything, I just want him to be happyI once again thank you all for everything you've done for Penacony.

      "Safe Travels, Robin."

"I just want him to be happy, safe travels, signed, Robin. What does she mean "happy"?! He literally tried killing us!"

"Calm down March, how about you think about everything she said first before you jump to conclusions? Silly girl." Himeko laughed and smiled patiently. The nameless were doing their own things before Welt had called a "family meeting of great importance".

March let out an unhappy whine throwing her head and hands back dramatically. Stelle and Dan Heng watched silently at the clown display known as March 7th.

"But Himeko! He's a bad guy! Or he was a bad guy- I mean a good guy doing bad guy things! Or is it the other way around?!- "

"I vote him out of the spaceship. He is the imposter ok. Blue sus." And with that, everyone, including March went quiet and Stelle began to nod her head in shame at the radio silence before continuing on in an incredibly flat voice, "Well, it's a new round...so blue isn't the imposter anymore...unless blue got special perks. I am so jealous."

"Huh? But I thought red was imposter."

Dan Heng pipes up, "Its Black."

"......Okay." Welt coughs, clearing his throat and projecting "Alright. Great ideas...Stelle. I can tell none of us really wants this. And to be honest, I..don't either. But Sunday, fundamentally is not a bad person. He has a twisted mindset and flaws, but he isn't necessarily evil. Or at the very least, he doesn't hold the power to inflict any physical harm anymore. Dan Heng, how do you feel about all of this? I don't believe I caught your opinion."

March narrows her eyes at Dan Heng, but he glances away without caring. "Well, I don't see the problem with it. We do have enough space for him."

"Great! So, do we have an overall agreement? As I see it, we give him a chance and we let him stay. At the very least for a little while. If he proves to not be a great fit, we can just tell Ms. Robin it didn't work out. Now I know not all of us like this idea, but as trailblazers we try everything, right? We could always use more members. I'm willing to give him a second chance. I think we can all get along pretty well don't you think so? Robin did ask us after all because she trusts us. To finish that thought process off, it would be nice having another member."

March lets out a defeated sigh, knowing Himeko has sound logic and so she gives a thumbs up. Stelle follows suite shortly after, partially distracted with some trash she was carrying around. "Fine! Just If he converts Stelle to his weird cult beliefs then know I told you so! Or even worse, I might even be more concerned with the fact Sunday doesn't know about Stelle's weird trashcan obsession! What if-"

Dan Heng rolls his eyes, standing up. "You'll be fine March. Don't overthink it."

"Yea you'll be fine. Can't say the same for my future trash disciple."

"Ugh Cmon!! Whatever, I'm going to bed. Goodnight!"

March glares at the grey-haired girl, who is sporting a smug look on her face. She leaves the parlor car clearly annoyed. Himiko watches her leave, shaking her head at March. A rough voice breaks the silence.

"Alright then. Thanks for the input, everyone. I'll text Ms. Robin back."
