3rd POV
For the past 2 hours Warriors and Time have both been searching their stuff for… something…
“Wha’ ya looking for?” Twilight questions as he walks over tilting his head, curious. Both of them pause but then continue with searching.
“I’m looking for my scarf,” Warriors responded. Time just stays silent, tho he has been silent for a while now. “Times looking for his Majora’s Mask and Ocarina.” Warriors responds for Time.
Twilight frowns and silently looks at Four, knowing that he can turn into a minish…in height wise tho. Four nods and walks away after making sure no one would notice him leaving.
After a while Wind looks down and sees a minish or well Four as the height of one. He pretends to have dropped something so four can climb on to his hand and go to his shoulder.
“Four? Are you like this for a reason?” Wind whispers so only Four, and Twilight cause he is a wolf, can hear.
“Went and found some Minish to help find Warriors scarf and Times mask an Ocarina. Feel like looking around to help get them easier?”
“Sure but how?”
“Easy, I’ll hide and keep an eye out for any Minish and then tell you where to go.”
Wind thinks and then smiles but slightly, “ok but,” Wind sighs and looks sad, tho tries to hide it from the others so he doesn’t out Four to them. “I don’t want them to think I found their stuff, when it is really you that did.” Four pats his cheek and smiles softly but brightly.
“Well, you could take me to a portal and when I go back to normal we can either sneak the items back or get Twilight to be as Wolfie and go get Warriors and Time to come to us as we keep the stuff safe and plus looks like it is going to rain at some point.” Four explains and looks up at the sky, Wind looking too and smiles brightly and nods.
“Ok, that sounds like a plan.”
“Yep. I’ll let you know when I spot a Minish.”
Wind nods and goes back to what he was doing beforehand. Four looks at the others spotting Twilight looking at him and Wind, they share a nod and Twilight goes back to chatting with Warriors and Time, well signing with Time at random.
After 3 hours(Bold)
“Wind,” Four gets his attention and points to a Minish, “over there. I think they found them.” Wind looks at where four is looking, more than where he is pointing, and stands up.
“Wind, where are you going?”
“Just following something I saw. I’ll be back.” Wind says and glances at Twilight then runs off. Four holding on tightly to not fall.
Wind slowly stops and looks around then looks at Four, “where now?” Wind tilts his head and raises a brow.
Four looks around, “down there,” Wind holds his hand up to Four on his shoulder and then puts his hand down on the ground. “Warriors scarf is going to need stitching.” Four states as they get to where the items are. Wind nods and crouches down looking at the items.
Four goes and turns back to normal self, well normal for him that is. He walks back over and sighs. He sits down getting a needle and thread to stitch Wars scarf up and starts working on it.
“Didn’t know you knew how it stitches.”
“No one does.”
“Why?”
Four sighs and rolls his eyes, “cause it's not that important and something that needs to be known.” Wind can tell that he is not going to get far with this conversation. So he drops it and grabs Times items and looks them over.
After 2 hours(Bold)
Four whistles a tune for Twilight, back at the camp he turns into Wolfie and gets Warriors and Time to follow him, hearing Warriors yell at Twilight to stop and wait up and what is going on.
“Seriously, Twi.” Four says as he finishes stitching up the parts in Warriors scarf and looks up as Wolfie walks over and nuzzles his cheek. Four sighs and pats him on the head.
“Four, Wind? What is going on he-” Warriors starts then trails off looking at Four, Wind, his and Times stuff that disappeared. “How- Where-” Warriors stammers very confused and very lost.
Time smiles and walks closer, Wind going to hand him his stuff back only for Four to grab them. Time freezes and pales. Wars walks over and are worried.
“Four?” Warriors questions and watches Four looking at the mask and Ocarina with an unreadable expression.
Four then looks down at the ground, like he heard someone talk. Warriors puts a hand on Times shoulder to help ground him, as no one has touched let alone used Majora’s Mask and Ocarina before.
“What did you do to these?” Four asks…someone?…as he sighs and looks at the Ocarina and Majora’s Mask again. “You sensed someone in the mask?” Four questions and looked at the ground again, at the same spot. “You…remember seeing someone with pure white eyes that can glow in the dark?” Four tilts his head.
Four closes his eyes holding the mask and senses what the Minish had. He opens his eyes, widening, and looks at Time. Time shakes. Four smiles softly and grabs Time’s bag putting the mask in there. He holds the Ocarina out to him. Warriors squeezes Times shoulder, a comfort and to ground him.
“Who were you talking to Four?” Warriors asks as he looks at Four, tilting his head slightly. Four sighs and looks at the same spot again.
“Trust. Safe. Family.” Four states, says?, to whoever he is seeing.
Time looks at where Four is and his eye widens at seeing the Minish. Two of them go over to Time, saying something, tho Time doesn’t understand as it has been a long time since he has seen them, so he is rusty with their language. Four seems to see that he is struggling so he says what the Minish are saying.
“Forest Child!”
“Hello!”
“You don’t understand us?”
Time sighs and seems sad, maybe, that he can’t understand them. Four smiles slightly and speaks to the Minish.
“Time can see you, is probably just rusty in understanding what you are saying. It’s been a long time since you have seen him.” Four lets two hop on his hand and moves it so one is on Times shoulder and the other stays on his hand.
Four pats the head of the one on his hand and smiles softly as Wolfie moves over to Time, a small whine coming from him in concern and worry. Time smiles and pats Wolfie on the head then looks at the Minish on his shoulder, kinda.
“They miss you. They worried why you haven't said anything.” Four explains as he looks at Time. Fours eyes flashing four colours, green to blue, red to purple. Time and Warriors is curious on why that will happen but doesn’t bring it up. Time signs.
‘Just overwhelmed. Tired.’
Four translate what Time signed to the Minish and the Minish all nod, clearly understanding what it is like for hylians to be overwhelmed.
“They have seen me overwhelmed before, especially when I was younger. The Minish understand a helpful and understanding amount to know if they are able to help or not.” Four explains as he yawns and moves his hand to his face, the Minish on his hand hugs his face and then hops off when Four moves his hand to the ground.
The Minish waves and then scatter off. Four waves back and yawns again. Wolfie turns back to hylian, Twilight, and looks at Four. Warriors and Time are worried why Four seems so tired.
“You okay, Four? You seem very tired, more than before.”
“Sometimes when I go to the height as the Minish it can make me more tired. Probably cause I have a smaller body so it's tiring easier. No clue.”
Warriors and Time look at each other. Twilight puts a hand on Fours shoulder.
“Able to walk back to camp?” Twilight asks and tilts his head, more protective than worried…some reason.
Four seems to think before he just leans against Twilight. Twilight smiles and crouches on the ground so Four can climb onto his back. As Twi stands and looks at Four to make sure he is comfortable and won't fall, somehow. Four just rests his head on the back of Twilights neck, closing his eyes.
Twilight chuckles softly and looks at Warriors and Time, nodding and then starts to follow them back to where they are camping at, in this era.
After a bit of walking they get back to the camp, Four tho has fallen fast asleep on the way back. The others have stayed set up still, so they will be staying there for a night again.
Twilight, with Times help, gets Four laying down on his own sleeping bag. Twilight taking off his wolf pelt and laying it over Four, to help keep him warm. Four struggles into it more, making Twilight smile softly.
“Time, go to sleep!” Twilight hears and turns around to see Warriors trying to get it that Time lays down and sleeps himself. Twilight sighs and turns into Wolfie before going over to where they are and nudging Time as he curls up next to him.
Time sighs and pats Wolfie on the head and glares at Wars signing, ‘you know why I can’t always sleep, Captain.’ Time clearly is not happy about being forced to sleep. Time rolls his eyes and looks at Four, to check that he is okay, before laying down himself and Wolfie laying his head on his chest, closing his eyes.
And while all of this was happening, Four's shadow moved on its own before it stopped and the other heroes joined in sleeping, after they all ate. Except for Time, Twilight and Four, who are fast asleep.
Warriors also got his scarf back and saw the parts that got stitched, he asked Wind and Wind said that Four did that. Warriors thanked Four the next day for fixing his scarf. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Pages 10.
