"You are a perculiar creature. Something, unlike my eyes have seen", Elderbug said. Link already knew that since he was to different kingdom, his apperance would stick like a sore thumb. The Seer and Iselda had been proof of that.
"I am not from this kingdom" said Link. "I came to explore". "Explore", was a strong word. He didn't have much of a choise.
"Yeah", agreed Elderbug. "My eyes have see a lot of bugs venture into the well over town. But none of them have return, expect the bug that had accompanied you".
Well, that sound reassuring. The Seer, had informed Link about what The Randiance did to bugs in this kingdom, but he had yet see it himself.
The same thing, she had tried to do to him.
(Or Link, before being known as Four in the chain, went into a grand adventure under his Hyrule, growing familair with the kingdom plague by an infection, metting the kingdom's residents and a new adventure awaits him.)

The ship tilts in the storm, sending Legend's feet skidding toward the railing without something to hold on to. Hyrule slips. A wave comes crashing over the side of the boat with bruising force. Their eyes meet. Hyrule's going to go over the side. Hyrule can't swim.
Legend leaps. Hyrule braces. They both get swept violently over the railing.

Or: Four joins the chain in the middle of a stormy fight. Legend and Hyrule get captured by pirates. It's up to Wind and Four to save them.

“Yeah, well, I’m out of other ideas!”
Ting-ring.
The last sound goes straight into Warriors’ head and vibrates there, tinging and ringing, till Warriors groans and shifts, trying to cover his ears with his hands. Instead, something yanks at his wrists and pulls them short with a heavy, head-pounding clank.
Warriors stills. The noises are different, but that feeling rocks through him like unsteady footing: A familiar gut-punch, just before the knife to the back.
Or, Warriors, Four, and Hyrule get captured by the Yiga Clan and have to figure out how to escape.

“It’s a shame, really,” Wild huffed, crossing his arms and propping his leg on the coffee table in Malon’s living room. “I’ve slept longer than half the people in my era have been alive! Nobody cared at the Noble Canteen...I just wanted to try a Noble Pursuit!”
Warriors had never once, in his entire, crazy life, expected to be talking with his incarnated self who apparently had been asleep for 100 years, woke up with no memories, saved all of Hyrule anyways and found the most inconvenient part of it all was not being able to drink at a Gerudo bar.

Wild is 117 and doesn't understand that this is Not Normal. Warriors gets more headaches (and gray hairs), and the chain ends up in Gerudo Town. This does not de-escalate the situation at all.
