"John picks up the pitcher, pours soy milk into it (because of course Oscar would drink soy milk, he can’t be a normal milk drinker, oh no) and slides it under the steamer. Just as he’s about to dunk the steamer into the pitcher, he interrupts his melodical humming by cursing under his breath. He places the metal pitcher on the counter, lets some steam out through the steamer and then resumes. The foam comes out fluffy and beautiful."
