Chapter Text
A faint hissing sound came from the tape player, threatening to turn off the first few seconds. After a minute longer, the screen flickered, pixels forming a figure, slowly sharpening and becoming clearer. Standing in the middle, their frame slumped yet confident, catching attention from their attire, and that recognizable burger hat, this is definitely 007n7. However, he was even younger than the present hacker and noticeably more edgy, perhaps in high school, or early college.
"Is this thing on?" The boy asked, not expecting an answer as he switches different angles. 007n7 asks again, waving his hand around to test it out. "Hello, is it recording?" He blinks, still thinking it wasn't filming.
"Its on, idiot." A similar voice chimed in, their presence now known in the background. 007n7 angled the camera towards them out of sudden, in sight was almost the same features and clothing, just topped with a different hat, an evil rubber duck?
007n7 rolled his eyes, frowning slightly. "Whatever, just introduce yourself." He urged, shoving the camera closer to them.
The room took in the sight, studying the two robloxians, eyes appreciating their looks, mostly 007n7's. They look identical, confirm related. Perhaps brothers, cousins, twins? "If I'm not mistaken, that's 007e7, right?" Elliot tries to recall, a hand on his chin as he tries to identify their figure further. Guest raised a brow, tilting his head towards the healer. "007e7?"
"An older cousin of 007n7. While admins were in the search of 007n7 during his exploiting era, we read through his family data, IDs and files." Builderman chimed in, body relaxing as he continued. "Surprisingly checking 007e7's, their records were mostly clean. Wasn't a pain like 007n7."
"Still wondering why we didn't ban him awhile we had multiple openings." Shedletsky whistled, a playful grin spread on his face. "Dear John, you were the one who spared him from countless warnings, claiming his vile yet seductive caused your constant adoring." Dusekkar gave the swordsman a look, retorting lightly.
Shedletsky parted his lips to argue back, but was interrupted by 007e7. "Right, lets do it. After this, we can go introduce Eight and Six, plus their friends." 007e7 sat up from their bed, smiling brightly at the camera. "Hio, I'm 007e7, e7 for short." He gestured a thumb at 007n7, tilting the camera. "And that bum over there is my cousin, 007n7. N7 or Seven for short."
007e7 turns the screen back his face, waving. "We're gonna skip to the part where we meet the others and showoff our hangout areas, chao." It went black, pausing the recording briefly.
"Wonder who Six and Eight, cant wait to see them." Noob sounded intrigued, despite the lingering guilt of privacy invasion. For the time being, might as well shrug it off and enjoy.
"I, as well, very interested. These recordings from the spawn will fill my curiosity of the ex-hacker, and perhaps have an opening to pull him towards its glory." TwoTime clasped their hands together, silently praying for the time for 007n7 would just approach them and give in. The others glanced at the cultist, their obsession with this fake god needs to step down, eventually.
The atmosphere changed to the streets, a visible group of friends laughing and chatting loudly with together, they were probably looking for a nice hangout area. While the survivors studied each figure, the voice of 007n7 could be heard behind the screen. "What's up my dudes, welcome back!"
"Pfft, are you doing a youtube video Seven?" The women snorted softly, an ice-cream cone drooping from the top of her head. She faced the camera, hand in hand with a certain half lime and half white skinned person, a party cone matching their funky outfit. "Oh 007, I didn't know you had fans. Let me see, are you famous?" They rushed over, snatching the camera out of 007n7's hands, earning a groan from the other.
"Ah, that must be 118o8. Her records were worse than Seven's, I cant even remember the amount of her report list." Shedletsky sighed, stretching his wings along the couch. He squinted his eyes, studying the mask next to her. "And that's her partner, I think Yeslo was the name."
"👧✨️👉🦰🌈❗️" (They're so pretty, I love the hair its so, so colourful!) Taph smiled, if you could tell other the hood, but his head wings showed their emotions perfectly. Even if they were cruel hackers, he cant deny their beauty and appreances.
"Not big on myths, didnt she had a twin brother? I forgot his name, damn it." Elliot groan, folding his arms as he relaxed against Chance.
"She did? Strange, but I remember. When I was tracing her codes and Robloxian ID it showed nothing but her name, Yeslo. And this so called 'myth' of her twin, probably doesn't exist." Builderman tapped his chin, getting tense until Taph patted his back, easing him down.
"Lets not worry, stay calm and relax.
I'm sure these recordings, will refill in of the past." Duskkar reassured, hoping they settle down their curiosity, now leaning back to continue watching the TV screen.
Beside the girls was a another person, wearing a witch hat that was covered in cobwebs and probably fake spiders, it was kind of real though. "And that must be Six? As in, 226w6?" Guest questions, earning a hum from the admin. "Compared from the two hackers, their whereabouts appeared unknown and remain mysterious."
"T-the spiders, scare me. I hate, s-spiders." Noob whispered quietly, the sudden display of the insect made him quirl. "Don't worry Newbie, its not gonna get you through the screen." Chance teased lightly, making the blonde eye him.
"Even if it does, fear not my yellow comrade. Because no pest of mother nature shall get past through me, without the will of Spawn." TwoTime grinned, flashing their dagger in front of them, their skeletal tail twitching in excitement.
"We aren't killing anything, Timey."
"Aw, how disappointing. I was looking forward to it."
The rest of the recording was just the five hackers introducing their interests and habits, learning one with each other, even the survivors listened through, intrigued of their past and hoping they can learn more, especially the one they secretly admire, quietly appreciate. They can use that advantage and get closer, hope faith lets him embrace in their arms, welcome their bodies, even if he doesn't know it yet.
