Summary
For hundreds of years, a small clan nestled within the mountains had a rather gruesome mating ritual. Typically the alpha would present the omega with a human sacrifice, blood spilt to show their dedication and sacrifice to the omega. Once the sacrifice was made, and accepted, the pair could mate and form their everlasting bond. The plan was to stick to clan tradition and find an alpha willing to show their love through the spillage of blood. Instead II found his beloved Vessel, an alpha from a neighboring clan with a much more passive approach to mating: to wait for the omegas approval and invite. It’s bullshit according to II.
