Summary
Alpha!Alastor has figured out a way to get Omega!Angel Dust out of his contract with Valentino, once and for all! If another Overlord bonds with Angel, the contract will be transferred over due to a technical oversight in the document's wording. So, all Angel needs to do is find a powerful Alpha Overlord willing to piss off Valentino and bond with him.
But where could Angel possibly find one of those?
