I made a self-insert MC to live in Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles universe to help out and keep some of my beloved characters alive.

Unfortunately, I realize that all of the thoughts haven't appeared in the work because I used pointy brackets around them. I'd seen that in a book about dragons I read as a kid and I liked it. I'll have to replace them with (), but It's going to take me awhile to go back and put them back in the work so far.
