Summary:

Adrian shows Theo why trans men do it better.

Notes:

Kinktober character in May? You betcha. Theo is just such a good plug-and-play smut character.
I'm debating whether or not to add Adrian to the line-up Kinktober 2026 so if y'all like him, please let me know!

Chapter Text

“You Theo?”

He looks up, dropping the cable weight with a muted clang as he turns.

The man standing in front of him is not someone he recognizes—he’s sure of that. He’d remember.

He has a devilishly handsome face. Dark lashes frame his almond eyes and his lips are upturned at one corner in an expression that falls somewhere between confidence and subtle arrogance. Though, Theo can't deny that he looks suave either way.

“Yes?” He replies, as much an answer as a question.

The man points a causal finger at him, the other hand coming to rest on his cocked hip. “Cool. You’re trans, right?”

Theo is glad he already dropped the weight because if he hadn't, he's sure it would've crashed down as his shoulders jolted.

“What?” He can only balk in return, voice pitching higher as he startles.

“No, wait,” The other man's eyes go a little wide and he waves a dismissive hand. “I don't mean it in like, a weird way. I just—” He lifts the hem of his sweat stained tank top revealing an expanse of tanned skin. For a moment, Theo is unsure of exactly what he's looking at beyond the bare torso of a very sweaty, very attractive man. And then, he spots it. Two lines of pale scar tissue beneath his well built pecs.

“Me too,” the man says before dropping his shirt and, despite the strangeness of this whole interaction, Theo can't help but miss the view. “Oh fuck, you weren't totally stealth or anything, right? With the way Harley talked I didn't think that was the vibe.”

“No,” Theo cuts in quickly, shaking his head. His shoulders loosen, some of that initial shock bleeding off. “No, it’s not a secret.”

“Oh, good,” the man sighs and then chuckles. “Cause if it was I'd hate to be the one to tell you that like, your whole rugby team knows dude. Intimately, from what I've heard.”

Theo feels his face get a little hot but nothing in the man’s voice sounds inflammatory.

“And who are you?” He settles on asking.

“Oh, right. I'm Adrian. I'm one of Harley’s old buddies,” he explains, “our moms are in the same book club. Have been since we were about–” He puts a flat palm level with his knees, “–this tall. He mentioned there was another trans dude on the rugby team and I've been dying to come check you out.”

Theo’s eyes widen excitedly and his spine perks up straighter. “You play rugby too?”

“Nah.” Adrian shakes his head, his curls—bleached pale but still tightly coiled—bouncing with the motion. “Lacrosse.”

Theo opens his mouth, something teasing already forming on his tongue.

“And before you say it,” Adrian cuts in smoothly, pointing at him again, “yeah, yeah—rich white boy sport. I know.”

Theo huffs a laugh, caught. “I wasn’t—”

“Sure you weren’t,” Adrian says, grinning. “I'm not exactly the poster boy, but trust me, I play a mean game.”

Theo nods, unsure where to take that, the conversation briefly stalling in a way that feels…surprisingly normal after the way it started.

Adrian continues on, undeterred. “You're pretty hot, you know that?”

The flush comes back full force, burning hotter this time. “You—” He falters, “You’re very blunt, you know that?”

“Yup,” Adrian replies, popping the p as he rocks back on his heels. “Let me take you out for a drink and you'll see just how blunt I can be.”

Theo isn't sure whether to be impressed or off-put by his candor but regardless, he can't deny that Adrian is stupidly attractive. He must've worked arms today, because Theo can still see the pump in his biceps and forearms, muscles prominent under the overhead lights. There's a touch of softness in his jaw and cheeks but it compliments the sharpness of his eyes in a way that's as striking as it is beautiful. It's hard to tell while sitting, but he looks to be a touch shorter than Theo. However, what he lacks in height he more than makes up for in hard earned mass—all built shoulders, powerful torso, and thick thighs visible even through his baggy sweatpants.

“...alright,” Theo agrees after a short pause. “I'll take you up on that.”

“Woo, sweet,” Adrian lets out a sound between a relieved sigh and a laugh. “Really thought you were gonna say no for a second there.”

Theo huffs. “You did kind of ambush me.”

“Fair.” Adrian grins, fishing his phone out of his pocket. He pauses, looking at the screen and typing something fast with one hand. Then, without warning, he tosses it cavalierly.

Theo fumbles, barely catching it against his thigh. “Jesus—”

“Put your number in,” Adrian says, completely unfazed.

When Theo looks down at the screen, he sees a new contact open—empty besides the name which reads “Theo 😘🍑🥵”

He deadpans at the screen, but types his number in regardless, stubbornly adding his surname on the second line. If nothing else, he’s going to make it look like a normal contact.

Adrian takes the phone back when Theo offers it. “I’ll text you.”

Theo huffs a quiet laugh. “I’m sure you will.”

Adrian smiles, then jerks a thumb back toward the weights. “I should probably finish my workout.”

“Probably.”

“Yeah.” He starts to turn, then pauses, flashing Theo one more quick grin. “Later, hot stuff.”

About twenty minutes later, just as he begins his walk back to his car, his phone buzzes in his pocket.

Theo pulls it out as he walks, an unfamiliar number lighting the screen.

“Hey pretty boy. It's Adrian ♥️ “

Before he can type a reply, a second message comes.

“You free Friday night?”

————————

The bar Adrian brings him to is actually far nicer than he expects. He'd been anticipating blaring football reruns playing on dozens of TVs, sticky floors beneath even sticker bar tops, and heavily graffitied bathrooms with broken doors.

“You been to the Wayfarer before?” Adrian asks, leaning in close so his voice travels clearly over the music—a loud brassy number with a female singer that sounds like she's making love to the microphone.

“No,” Theo replies. Their shoulders are touching as he sticks close to Adrian’s side as the other man leans over the bar, waiting for the bartender's attention.

“Drinks are a teeny bit pricier, but you're way less likely to catch a venereal disease.” Adrian shrugs. “Plus, as you saw, it's like a block away from my apartment.”

“Ah,” Theo leans in, voice dropping into something more teasing. “So that’s the plan, is it? Trying to liquor me up so I can't drive home.” His shoulder presses a bit more firmly into Adrian’s as he speaks. “Then I’d just have to crash at yours.”

“No, actually,” Adrian begins, interrupting himself as the bartender comes over. He puts in his order, motioning to Theo quickly who just waves him off, giving him the clear to order for both of them.

Once the bartender turns away to grab their glasses, he continues. “I hate a drunk fuck. I want you to remember everything I do to you because, trust me, I make it very memorable.”

Theo’s eyebrows raise and he feels his heart beat harder against his ribs. “You sound really sure that you'll bag me.”

“Should I not?” Adrian shoots back with a soft smirk.

Theo opens his mouth to respond, but the bartender returns, sliding two glasses onto the bar. Something tall and honey gold garnished simply with a twist of orange.

Adrian thanks them, nudging one of the drinks toward Theo.

Theo picks it up, eyeing it briefly before taking a sip. It’s stronger than he expects, but smooth—dangerously so.

“Shit,” he mutters. “Okay. That’s good.”

“I know,” Adrian says, watching him over the rim of his own glass.

Theo catches the look and huffs. “What?”

“Nothing,” Adrian replies, though his mouth curves slightly. “Just admiring the view.”

Theo scoffs, barely audible over the music. “You’re a fucking flirt, you know that?”

“Nah,” Adrian shakes his head, stepping away from the bar. “Not a flirt. Just honest.”

He guides Theo to a booth tucked into a shadowed corner of the Wayfarer, one where the lights barely reach the worn vinyl cushions and the music is just quiet enough to fade into the background.

They nurse their drinks there for a moment, allowing small talk to fill the space between them. They talk about classes, about gym routines and lift PRs, and other equally empty but entertaining things.

For as blunt as he is, Theo discovers Adrian is easy to talk to. He fills silences quickly in a way that feels natural rather than desperate and he never misses an opportunity to dish out a compliment, effortlessly sliding them through the gaps in their conversation.

Before Theo even realizes it, his drink is nearly gone, the melting ice turning the amber liquid pale. His fingers drift up to the collar of Adrian’s T-shirt, tugging lightly, and Adrian leans into the motion as if he’d been expecting it.

Their chests press together, warmth radiating through fabric, and then their lips meet. A little chapped and damp with the faint trace of liquor, but solid and warm and instantly addicting.

Adrian smirks against him, that infuriating, unapologetic curve of his lips pressing lightly to Theo’s, and for a heartbeat Theo has to fight the urge to sigh straight into the kiss. But then Adrian’s fingers curl firmly into the baby hairs at the back of his neck and the thought of pulling back melts away.

Adrian tilts his head, lips parting to pull Theo deeper and he follows willingly. His hands climb instinctively—one along Adrian’s shoulder, the other sliding under the back of his T-shirt, fingers tracing the firm plane of his lower back as Adrian’s tongue slips against his teeth, claiming him. Each press of Adrian’s lips carries a confidence, an undeniable certainty to it. Despite his earlier teasing, there’s no playfulness in his movements—only the assertion of someone who knows exactly what he wants.

The tip of his tongue grazes the roof of Theo’s mouth and he shivers at the motion, closed eyes fluttering. Heat blooms low in his chest, in his stomach, spreading in a slow, delicious ache. Adrian grips at his hair harder, winding soft, dark curls between his fingers.

He uses the grip to tug Theo’s head back, neck craning until their lips part.

Adrian leans over him, pressing closer, and murmurs against him, voice low and teasing but edged with something sharp that makes Theo’s pulse spike. “Just a little taste… of what the rest of the night holds. That is if you want to head back to my place.”

Theo blinks, heart hammering in his chest. He opens his mouth to respond, to nod, but Adrian’s grip in his hair holds him in place—not painfully, but iron firm

“Y-yeah… sounds good,” he manages, voice uneven and a little breathless

The walk back to Adrian’s apartment is both extremely short and horribly long. It’s only across the parking lot and a block away, but the simmering heat between Theo’s legs makes each step unignorable.

He glances at Adrian, half-expecting some teasing comment, a sly brush of fingers against his arm, a smirk accompanied by a whispered flirt or double entendre. But he doesn't. He walks composed, close to Theo’s shoulder but not quite touching, the picture of a perfect gentleman in every way save for the smirk on his face that firmly implies he’s thinking less than gentlemanly things.

The townhouse itself is modest and unassuming—aged but not neglected. A wilted potted plant sags beneath the doorbell and three older, dented cars sit sentry in the driveway, signs of other residents in the building. Before Theo can ask, Adrian’s hand is already on the door, swinging it open with ease.

“My roommates are home,” he says, voice casual, “But my room’s above the garage—no shared walls, all to myself. So, make as much noise as you want.” He tilts his head slightly, smirk lingering, and adds, “Harley mentioned you’re not exactly quiet.”

Theo feels his face get hotter as he follows Adrian to a flight of stairs close to the entryway, someone’s stained Jansport hanging on the rail.

“I’m not that loud…” Theo argues quietly.

Adrian doesn’t grace him with a response, he simply stops at what must be his door, opening it with a soft creak. Moonlight illuminates the corner of a red patterned rug on the other side but the rest of the room remains bathed in shadow.

“After you,” Adrian prompts

Theo steps through, and before he can even survey the space, Adrian’s hands are on his shoulders. The door clicks shut behind them, and Theo’s back hits it as warm, solid weight collides with his chest. Their lips meet again in a quick, demanding collision and every careful thought in Theo’s head dissolves into the press of teeth, the slick slide of tongues, the hard, unyielding insistence of Adrian’s grip as it returns to clutch at dark curls.

“Cis men don’t understand the power of a kiss,” Adrian murmurs, his voice low and husky against Theo’s lips, spit still connecting them. He returns, pressing his tongue between Theo’s teeth.

Their lips part again, slick in the low light, and Adrian leans in even closer, pressing his forehead to Theo’s. “You feel it, don’t you? How a little kiss can rile you up? How it goes straight here…” His palm slips around to Theo’s front, fingertips pressing against his fly, stopping just shy of his crotch.

Theo shivers, unable to do more than nod against him. His fingers curl into the hem of Adrian’s shirt, pulling him closer as if he needs the other man for balance. Maybe he does. The heat between his legs is stifling now, cotton boxers pressing uncomfortably against his cock. He can feel the way his cunt clenches over nothing, already begging.

“See?” Adrian croons, tugging at Theo’s hair, forcing his head to the side. He nips at the side of Theo’s exposed jaw, close to his ear. “Just a little kiss and you’re mine already.”

“I–it’s not that hard to turn me on,” Theo argues weakly, “Don’t feel so proud of yourself yet.”

“That right?” Adrian shoots back, his voice nearly a purr, the self-assurance there unshaken. “So you’re telling me a cis dude wouldn’t already be thinking of just putting a dick in you by now?”

His hand finally slips lower, fingers pressing into Theo through his jeans. Pleasure radiates through his hips like static at the delicious friction and his knees shake against each other, betraying the effect Adrian's touch has on him as he swallows down a whimper.

“Me, on the other hand?” Adrian continues, rolling his fingertips against Theo’s cock before he slips back further, pinching it between the seam of his jeans. The rough material only amplifies his touch and Theo curls around his hand, forehead falling against Adrian’s shoulder.

“I’m gonna play with you all night… not just until I shoot a pathetic little load into you,” Adrian murmurs, pulling Theo’s head back against the door with a harsh tug of his hair. Theo’s spine arches with the motion, involuntarily grinding his hips further into the other man’s touch.

“After I make you cum on my fingers, I’m gonna get my mouth on you.” The steady cadence of Adrian’s voice promises certainly and Theo finds himself wholly unable to doubt his words. “And I won’t stop until you’re begging me to fuck you.”

He laughs lowly, “If you’re a good boy for me, I’ll even let you pick which dildos I use.”

Theo swallows hard. “Dildos… plural?”

“Well, you have two holes down there,” Adrian answers, hooking his thumb in Theo’s waistband. “Don't you, handsome?”

With deft fingers, Adrian unfastens the button on his jeans before shucking them down until the heavy material puddles around his ankles. His pale grey boxers bare the smallest dark patch—the fabric slowly soaking through.

Adrian captures his lips again as his hand slips beneath the cotton. He doesn't tease this time. No, this time his fingertips plunge low, settling against Theo’s entrance to feel the slick gathered there.

Teeth pinch his lip, teasing and pulling it before Adrian’s tongue is back in his mouth. The kiss keeps him pinned there, his attention captured while those fingers rub lazily back and forth against silky, pink skin.

“Mm…” a breathy moan slips from his throat and Adrian rewards the sound by pulling his arousal-soaked fingers back to Theo’s cock. The little appendage is hard and eager under his touch, embarrassingly so.

Adrian coats him in his own juices with a few light, sloppy passes before his movements become more deliberate. With the pads of two fingers, he strokes up and down Theo’s sweet little cock, pressing up into his clit each time. Sensitive nerves spark to life all at once, shooting up Theo’s spine causing his breath to hitch.

Adrian steals his breathlessness with a flick of his tongue and suddenly, Theo’s body no longer feels like his own in the most delicious way possible. He’s a toy under Adrian’s touch, an instrument to be played, a puppet to be pulled this way and that.

The pace Adrian sets is quick and firm, each pass stoking the fire building rapidly between Theo’s hips. His cock is usually too short for most men to jack off properly, but Adrian seems wholly unimpeded. The little appendage slides perfectly through his fingertips, baring down with just enough pressure to make Theo’s knees go weak.

One of his hands comes back to fist uselessly at the smooth door behind his hip as his breath hitches.

“So sensitive,” Adrian purrs, pulling back just enough to look at Theo’s face properly, “Takes me twice as long to cum like this, but you’re already shaking, aren’t you?”

Embarrassment heats his face, but it only seems to bring his climax closer.

“A-ah… shut up…” He bites out, his voice breathless. All the while, Adrian’s hand maintains its perfect pace on his cock, stroking back and forth. Drawing him closer.

“Feel how you’re dripping into my hand? Fuck, your boxers are soaked,” Adrian chuckles lowly. “You get any wetter and I’ll have to fuck you out in the yard like a dog just to save the carpet.”

The visual forms before Theo can stop it—him, naked in the front yard on all fours with his grass-stained knees spread wide. Adrian standing over him with a strap-on snug around his hips plowing him into the dirt with that signature smirk plastered on his face.

“Aw, you like that? LIke when I’m a little mean?” Adrian croons, “Don’t lie. I can feel your pretty little cock twitching. Or are you just about to bust?”

“I-I–ah…” Theo tries to answer, but he can feel his orgasm preparing to crash over him. His thighs quiver, suddenly struggling under his weight as he bites his lip, folding forward until his forehead presses against Adrian’s shoulder.

“It’s alright. Cum for me. Show me how good I make you feel,” Adrian’s other hand slips down to cup his ass, fingers digging into the soft tissue there.

As if his body was waiting for permission, his climax breaks at Adrian’s words. Euphoria floods through him—eyes twitching shut as he bites back a low, breathy moan. Adrian strokes him through it, lazily toying with the sensitive underside of his cock as his cunt clenches and unclenches around nothing,

Despite his best efforts, his weight sinks down into Adrian’s grip but those strong fingers just dig harder into his ass, forearms flexing in sharp contrast under the low light.

“Mm…” Theo whimpers softly as his orgasm slowly recedes, muscles unlocking one by one before falling lax. It takes all of his willpower to remain standing even with Adrian’s help. His toes curl in his shoes, knees bent against Adrian’s legs with both fists knotted in the back of his shirt.

“God, you cum like a fucking porn star,” He can hear the smirk in Adrian’s voice as strong hands tug his body away from the door.

Suddenly, Theo is falling. But before he can react, his limbs still sluggish in the afterglow of his first orgasm, something plush breaks his fall—a mattress covered but a checkered blue duvet that looks monochromatic in the moonlight.

“I can see why your whole rugby team likes fucking you so much,” Adrian continues, standing between Theo’s splayed thighs. “But tonight, it’s my turn.”
