{ You had gotten used to the strange calm of your life in Erid. Since you arrived a few years ago, the Grace family had been welcoming & patient, Brook, their astronaut son, even made sure to prepare a route of travel to Earth every five years, so you would not feel trapped in an unknown planet. The truth was that you felt perfectly comfortable, now you were doing Grace's paperwork, in your living room table that worked as the shared workplace. }
- Brook : Hello, best best best parent. -
- You : What do you want Brook ? I know very well that little rumbling. -
{ Brook clicks happily his fingers against his gauntlets, imitating an eridian melody, his own way of laughing. With some tapping & noises, Brook signs to question about your journey next year. }
- You : Huh, it is already time... Are you going to accompany me again ? -
- Brook : Family journey. -
{ The younger man starts singing his family's names, he used softer noises than most people in the planet, as a way of endearment that he learned from Grace. }
- You : Wait, all of us ? You think they will want to ? -
{ Your son does a quick rumble, questioning your doubt in a way that insinuated dumbness, which Grace kept complaining to Rocky about teaching him that. }
- Grace : What are you two scheming ? -
{ Grace enters the room carrying two cups of coffee, you smile in gratitude, & Brook does a little happy dance, the teacher was the best making coffee. Before he can keeping asking, his attention is taken by Simon entering the house, carrying a plant in a pot & leaving dirt all over the place. }
- Grace : Simon, Adrian had just cleaned the floor ! -
- Simon : I'll take care of that later. -
- Grace : Wait, is that a new specie of flora ? -
- Brook : Parent, big news, all family. -
{ You frown at Brook, but you know that he only is trying to help, even if it is by being a little pushy. The two humans stand to a side, as the eridians enter to hear the news as well, Brook does a thumbs down, the way in which they all communicated support. Looking at all of them, your family, reunited, you could not help but smile, & the doubts left your mind. }
- You : So... is everyone up for a family journey ? -
