Chapter Text
1- The brain-rot incident
It was a 'normal' evening within the reinforced steel walls of Stark tower.
The city was calming down, the sun getting ready to desend into the skyline and blanket the sky in nightsky black.
Peter Parker was starring out the window, having chosen the seat closest to be able to view the beautiful setting sky, pointly ignoring the sound of his team-mates talking about the mission that went on earlier that day.
It had been a special kind; a team-up between vigilantes and heros to help defeat a new Mafia type gang that sprouted in the deepest part of NYCs criminal world. Trading all types of wrongs like; drugs, alien drugs, alien body parts, alien weapons. Basically a bunch of stuipd alien stuff.
It was in no way original, and it would've been a very boring mission if it wasnt for the team up.
Which had his beautiful, amazing and defiantly not chaotic Team red members joining, Deadpool and Daredevil, plus the Punisher, for some odd reason.
It was... defiantly something peter wanted to witness again.
Though now, after hours have passed all peter yearns for is simple shut eye. For he swears his under eyes have grown since he set out of the jet and his patience having shrunken to the size of a neuron.
Just for an hour, maybe 2 is all he wants to get before he yet again re adorns his spider suit and goes on patrol.
And finally, Just as his eyes slip shut, he hears this awful line.
Just plain terrible.
A line that has been screamed at him by the brain rotted children of New York City for weeks now, the new found bane of his existence.
"Six seveennn"
Peter was about to commit a crime, hearing Deadpools unusually higher then normal voice say that goddamn line was the last straw of tonight.
The sleeply calm peter had before was gone, the ice had been stepped on and the last nerve was struck.
Before any adult in the room could groan or complain about Wade saying that stuipd line, they were interrupted.
Peters hand shot out and caught Deadpools wrist as it made the six-seven motion.
And through Wades lenses of his suit. He saw Peter Parker staring straight at him with a look that basically screamed that a crime was about to be committed.
"Peter, baby boi, what's wron-"
"Wade Wilson."
The older man froze, fear shooting through him so quickly it made him physical jolt.
He starred wide eyed at peter who starred back at him. His annoyance and anger almost palpable.
"Petey, w-whats-" Wade couldn't even finish his sentence before Peter interrupted him, again.
"If I ever, and I mean ever hear you say that stuiped fucking 'six seven' meme again-" Peter took a deep inhale, his sight set on the shaking man infront of him, ignoring the watchful eyes of everyone else on the team. Who all hold faces which show shock, surprise and some, even a little bit of pride.
"- i swear to every goddamn fucking god or entity that exists, that i will throw you off the empire state building and watch as you fall to your doom. And when you regenerate the very last atom in your little body i will haul your brain-rotted immature ass up there and throw your sorry ass off again. You got that?"
Peter stared at Wade, waiting for confirmation,
Wade sat there in his seat, swearing he felt his life flash through his eyes as he nodded his head so fast he almost gave himself whiplash.
Peters scowl he was wearing melted off his face so quickly you would've never thought ut was there, his normal wide grin stretching his face.
"Good! Thanks Wadee" Peters chipper voice came back full force, the annoyed and angry tone he used only 30 seconds ago seemingly long gone.
"Well, look guys as much as I love this little teamy meeting we have on at the moment, im a very busy spider and need to get on patrol and finish my homework. Sooo, goodnight!"
And before any word could be spoken, Peter was hauling his ass out the door and down the hallways.
"I swear, that was the scariest thing I have ever experienced in my life. Please someone tell me im not the only one scared"
Whoever said that, had all in the room slowly nodding their head in agreement.
