where the lines overlap

Summary:

So of course, naturally, Daeyoung has occasionally wondered if the intimacy between them extends to something else privately. That’s a normal thing to think about, right? It’s probably also normal that the thought makes his stomach tingle a little bit. He’s accepted his silly little crush on Yushi, accepted that anyone in his position wouldn’t be able to help feeling a bit jealous of Sion, wouldn’t be able to help wondering the same things. It’s normal.

Or, Daeyoung likes Yushi, but he knows that he could never come between him and Sion. Luckily, he doesn't have to.

The message stares back at Daeyoung, eyes frozen on the screen for a whole minute. It’s not like he was going to ask for his own room – he’d be happy to share with any of them, and he would never feel entitled to one of the singles especially as one of the younger members. He just figured that Yushi would rather be alone, or be with Riku, or that Riku would have asked either of them before Yushi ever asked him. It takes him so long to consider all these thoughts on the matter, he hears a little knock on his open door before he can type in a response. Yushi is standing there, loose shorts revealing his bruised legs, a hoodie that’s a little big and probably Sion’s hanging off his shoulders, hair a mess because he doesn’t know how to care for it on his own. Yushi is handsome in a sort of disarming way when you see him up close, even or possibly even more so in such an imperfect state.

“Are you okay with that?” Yushi asks, his eyes unblinking, constantly evaluating and processing information slower than he can usually ever surprise Daeyoung like this. “Sharing the room with me?”

“Yeah,” Daeyoung says, clearing his throat. Not that he feels left much of a choice, anyway, or ever when it comes to Yushi. “Yeah, I’m okay with that.”

It’s not a lie. Daeyoung is okay with it. It will probably be a good thing, even, an opportunity for them to bond more. It seems like Yushi wants that, seems that he likes spending time with him, but sometimes Daeyoung isn’t sure if the way Yushi acts with him really means anything. Yushi is a very honest person, or maybe it’s just that he doesn’t have the ability to lie or fake things, and yet Daeyoung often still finds him quite difficult to read. Even with a few years of knowing each other behind them there is something still awkward about their relationship, not as easy of a click despite their closeness in age, and maybe… maybe it's Daeyoung’s fault, for finding Yushi so attractive, or for having different interests, but it’s not like either of those things keep him from being close to Riku.

Now, even with their beds separated by a space so close that Daeyoung could reach out and touch Yushi from his, he feels like he has more to figure out than ever.

Despite coming across as introverted, Yushi really isn’t – he likes to be with the others, they all like to be together, often appearing one by one out into the common areas as soon as anyone hears someone else talking or starting up a game console or turning on the stove. Still, Yushi has a ritual of eating dinner alone, in his bed, watching something on his iPad. He lays there like a seal with his bare feet over the edge, brows knit together as he focuses on whatever it is he has on – probably a Minecraft stream – and he doesn’t acknowledge Daeyoung when he comes into the room. He comes out, though, when everyone starts to gather, when Sion taps on their doorframe on his way out of his own room.

“Ushi-ya,” he says, every time, the same way, dripping with affection. “Come here.”

And every time, the same way, Yushi does.

So maybe that’s it, Daeyoung finally acknowledges to himself one night, staring at the ceiling. Yushi isn’t in the room – he never is when Daeyoung is going to sleep, but he’s there in the morning, reliably groaning at Daeyoung’s early alarms. He turns to Yushi’s empty bed and sighs, the sheets crumpled from Yushi laying on top of them earlier eating his meal, iPad tossed aside. In the dark, alone like this, he can consider that it’s not him, and it’s not Yushi, but there is Sion, there has always been Sion. That’s not something he has ever been able to factor out of the invisible line that still exists between them.

And, okay, maybe this is still Daeyoung’s fault. It’s not like it’s anyone else’s that Yushi and Sion had all those years together before the rest of them ever got there, and they’ve never made a point to exclude any of them or put their relationship on any kind of pedestal, never paraded their bond as more important. If anything, they both have been enthusiastically open, more than encouraging of forming connections with all of them, and it’s just Daeyoung who finds this thing between them so hard to ignore. The way Sion and Yushi look at each other, rely on each other, speak softly to each other. The way Sion can snap when he’s tired at any of the others for annoying him, but with Yushi, he just melts and smiles as soon as he starts acting cute or poking at him. The way Yushi immediately swats away anyone else trying to take a bite of his food, but if it’s Sion, he’ll feed him himself with his own chopsticks without even being asked.

Daeyoung looks over at Yushi’s empty bed again, a sliver of moonlight cutting through the window onto his pillow. He wonders if the two of them use the same shampoo, too. If Daeyoung were to press his nose into it, would it smell like Sion?

He feels that tightening in his belly at the thought, but he ignores it, quickly turning over and closing his eyes.

A few nights later, Daeyoung wakes in the middle of the night in desperate need of the bathroom. He stumbles down the hall as quietly as he can manage, mind eased that it’s empty – why wouldn’t it be at two in the morning, his logical brain suggests – and he relieves himself before he even fully feels lucid. He washes his hands and steps back into the hallway with his wits about him this time, noticing that the light is still on in Sion’s room, a moody purple glow showing through the cracks. He can hear what sounds like his voice, low and murmuring, but he can’t make out what he’s saying. It’s not unusual for him to be up late, but it seems strange that he’s talking. Maybe he’s doing a live. At this hour, though? Sion is more mindful of their fans’ health than that. Maybe he’s on the phone, facetiming Wonbin. That’s probably it. Daeyoung keeps going, slipping back into his room next door.

That’s when he realizes that Yushi’s bed is still empty. His heart pounds, immediately assuming that they must be together. He furrows his brows and climbs into his bed, pressing his ear to the wall that’s shared with Sion’s room. The murmuring continues, and Daeyoung still can’t decipher the words, but he gets a feel for the way they’re being spoken – affectionate, with low laughter, and yeah, of course, Sion isn’t alone. There’s another quiet chuckle, one Daeyoung immediately knows is Yushi’s. He speaks next, words even harder to make out, but the entire tone of their conversation feels incredibly intimate. Daeyoung’s chest, neck, and cheeks heat up at once, something indescribable simmering under his skin. He can’t tear his ear away from the wall, desperate to make out even a single word, but it’s impossible. They’re too quiet, too considerate, much to Daeyoung’s dismay.

It's stupid, really. Why does he care? Why does he want to know so badly? It’s so ridiculous, but he can’t help it – he wonders how they’re sitting right now, speaking so softly and sweetly to each other. Or are they laying down? Is Sion touching Yushi’s bare thighs, his waist maybe, rubbing a thumb against his smooth skin? Are their faces close together? Can Yushi feel Sion’s breath on his lips?

The familiar coiling of his gut creeps in, but this time, it’s moving… lower. Daeyoung suddenly feels way too hot, the wall burning his hands and cheek, and he pulls himself away. He lays on top of his blankets, heart racing, chest heaving. He needs to know, he decides. He needs to know what’s happening on the other side of that wall, and he’ll do anything to find out.

Anything except for just ask his roommate, that is.

Daeyoung starts staying up later, waiting, trying to see if he can train his hearing to pick up Sion and Yushi’s soft voices from the other side of the wall more clearly. It’s such a stupid, silly thing, but he rationalizes it to himself. If he confirms his suspicions, if he knows for sure that Yushi and Sion are hooking up, he can get over his crush and it will be better for everyone. Sometimes he hears a laugh that’s a little louder than usual, quickly shushed around snickers from the other. Sometimes there’s some shuffling around, sometimes a sigh, but nothing definitive. Nothing that proves anything. Daeyoung tosses and turns, unable to shake his imagination and the constant burning feeling that comes with it. He’ll just have to keep gathering data in other ways.

The maknaes are fighting over which snacks to order, so Daeyoung quietly adds both to his cart, shaking his head fondly from his corner of the couch. He feels someone drop next to him, wrapping arms around his waist, and turns to see the top of Yushi’s head snuggling into his side. Daeyoung coughs to mask his surprise, turning his attention back to his phone even though he is anything but focused now. The thing is, Yushi does this – cuddles up to him, sits on his lap, pounces on him and tickles him when he has his guard down – he holds a lot of affection for someone often so reserved, so protective of his alone time. Daeyoung would like to think that he’s special, but Yushi does this to all of them. He tries not to keep score, tries not to think about the way it’s just a little bit different when it’s Sion he wants closeness from, how Yushi seems to ask with his eyes for him to initiate first and becomes so willingly pliant rather than boldly planting himself into his space like this.

“What do you want to eat?” Daeyoung asks once he’s sure his voice won’t crack. Yushi hums against him, lifting his head and digging his chin into Daeyoung’s ribs, pouting in contemplation.

“Yushi has been craving tteokbokki,” Sion says, his voice suddenly looming over Daeyoung like an ominous cloud. “Right, Ushi?”

Daeyoung doesn’t know why it sends such a chill over him. Yushi doesn’t move, is clearly not feeling implicated by Sion’s presence in the same way, and of course, why should he? Daeyoung isn’t a threat. Yushi clinging onto him like this doesn’t mean anything. Still, it feels like Sion’s eyes are shooting daggers into him right now, and he just doesn’t feel like that could only be in his head.

“Mm, that’s right,” Yushi confirms, nodding. “And iced plum tea.”

“And iced plum tea,” Sion repeats, taking a seat on Yushi’s other side, a little closer than Daeyoung thinks he needs to be, not that they don’t all pile onto each other all the time. It’s just kind of making him sweat a little bit right now. Sion is leaning over so much, he’s practically engulfing Yushi’s whole frame, and he’s not even that big, especially not in comparison to Daeyoung, thank you very much. “What kind of desserts does this place have?”

“Here, you can look,” Daeyoung says, pushing his phone into Sion’s hand and wiggling out of Yushi’s hold. Yushi lets out a disapproving grunt. “I have to go to the bathroom.”

He brushes past a confused Riku on his clumsy break for the hall, the sounds of the rest of them continuing to discuss their order fading into static as he closes the bathroom door behind him. Daeyoung braces himself against the sink, counting his breaths in and out in attempt to reregulate himself. He splashes some cold water on his face, pats it dry, composes himself. Nothing even happened, but Sion… is Sion the one who is jealous here? He wanted Daeyoung to move, didn’t he? But that would mean he has a reason to feel threatened. Maybe Sion just knows about Daeyoung’s crush on Yushi, can see straight through him and finds it pathetic, finds it funny and wants to tease him. But is Sion really so cruel? Daeyoung is being unfair, he’s overthinking, and this is still all so stupid. He just feels so guilty about it all, and he hates it.

Once he feels ready to trudge back to the group, heart rate back in order, they have all rearranged. Sakuya and Ryo keep bickering, grabbing at each other while they boot up a game with their backs against the couch. Yushi is in the corner Daeyoung vacated with his legs tucked under him, Sion draped comfortably across his lap, and Daeyoung’s pulse threatens to start speeding again. Riku sits against the opposite end, and he pats the space beside him for Daeyoung to squeeze between him and Sion, handing his phone back to him with a smile.

“We got you a Coke Zero,” Sion says, mindlessly sliding his feet under Daeyoung’s thigh. The thing is, he also does this – Sion has no regard for personal space, like he’ll die if he’s not touching everyone in his proximity sometimes. So, yeah, Daeyoung probably grossly overreacted to everything earlier, because Daeyoung apparently can’t be normal about Yushi, especially when Sion is involved. He takes a deep breath as Riku shifts around to lean against his shoulder, and as if to prove something to himself, he puts a hand on Sion’s calf.

“Thanks,” Daeyoung says. He doesn’t look over, keeps his eyes glued on the screen, but he can feel Yushi’s beady eyes on him from across the couch.

It’s never a good time to get sick, but Daeyoung is at least grateful that he wakes up with a head full of gunk on a day they had off anyway. It’s already late into the morning, extremely bright strips of sun spilling in from around the blackout curtains he recently bought the wrong size of. He rubs his fists against his eyes and it’s tender, head heavy and a stuffiness throbbing in his ears, his cheeks, his dry throat. It must be a sinus infection, he thinks with a sigh. He taps a message to the group chat, then tosses his phone aside and pulls the covers back up over his head.

He dreams about touching Yushi – his thighs, specifically, palming the smooth expanse of skin as he sits between his open legs, inviting, gasping, reacting to him with beautiful strings of sounds. It feels out of body, like Daeyoung is watching himself, zooming out until he realizes it’s not him at all. Sion is touching Yushi, and those beautiful sounds are because of him, but somehow, somehow it still feels like they’re for Daeyoung.

Riku’s voice calls gently to him, breaking him out of his sleep. He’s covered in sweat, head bursting with pressure, and he’s painfully hard. He shivers under the covers, poking the top of his head out so Riku can see how awful he looks and hopefully just turn around.

“Oh, poor baby,” he says with a predictable pitying tone, but it’s genuine because it’s Riku and Daeyoung will always appreciate that. “I’m taking the kids to eat. We’ll bring something back for you, okay? Yushi is here.”

Yushi is here. Why is Yushi here, Daeyoung wonders, but his head feels too heavy to overthink it. He offers Riku an affirmative grumble, and he hears him blow a kiss from the door before it clicks shut again.

He drifts in and out of fitful sleep for a bit longer, the sounds of Yushi’s soccer game on the television and his periodic reactions to it keeping him somewhat anchored in the waking world. That must be why he stayed, Daeyoung thinks with a little smile to himself. Yushi really is so cute. He’s not sure how much later the front door opens, but it seems like it hasn’t been long enough for the others to already be back.

“You’re here?” Sion’s voice is so clear, the echo of the common areas so much easier to hear from the bedrooms than it’s ever been for Daeyoung to hear through the wall next door. Yushi, though, is quiet, so Daeyoung can’t make out his response, imagines him giving a nod or hum of approval while he keeps his eyes on the game.

“The others went out?” Sion speaks again. Before Daeyoung knows it, he’s pushing himself up, heavy body be damned. He puts his feet on the floor, wincing as he stands to drag himself over to the door, hoping to hear better. The pain shocks him as it shoots through his skull with the shift in gravity. “When did they leave?”

“Maybe 10 minutes?” Yushi’s response is audible this time. Daeyoung silently thanks the hallway acoustics, leaning his weight against the door. There’s a pause before the next exchange.

“Daeyoung asleep?”

“Mm.”

There’s a soft thud after that, and Daeyoung imagines Sion dropping onto the couch. He squeezes his eyes shut, hoping it will help his other senses zoom in on whatever comes next.

“Hyung…” Yushi’s voice is impossibly soft, but there’s warning in it. Daeyoung wonders if Sion is touching him, silently propositioning him with a wandering hand, and he digs his teeth into his tongue.

“What? We’re alone,” Sion responds. Daeyoung holds his breath. He’s right. He can’t believe he’s right.

“Not alone,” Yushi reminds him.

“He’s asleep.”

“Supposedly.”

Daeyoung’s eyes shoot open, breathing heavily against the door. What if they come to check, to make sure? He’s not confident he can make it back to his bed without stumbling over his feet.

“Should I leave you alone, then?”

“No,” Yushi says it with such certainty, such command that Daeyoung’s dick nearly stands at attention. He is way too sick for this.

There’s another thump, a hiss, a laugh, some indication of repositioning. Daeyoung wonders if Sion pulled Yushi into his lap, if he’s caged him in on his back, if they’re sitting or lying down, how desperate they are to get their hands on each other. He’s scared to find out. He so badly wants to see.

He can hear Yushi sigh and Sion murmur affectionately between the undeniable sound of lips smacking, kissing. His dick twitches, and he just – his head hurts too much to try and imagine every detail the way he needs. Daeyoung’s hand reaches for the doorknob, turning it slowly, slowly, until he can crack the door open without sound. He peers through the sliver, just enough for his eyes to track into the hallway and the few feet down to where it funnels into the living room. The couch is mostly obscured, its back against the wall that intersects with the hall, but the arm hangs over into the space, and Yushi’s head hangs over the arm.

At first, he doesn’t even register Sion, fixated on how beautiful Yushi is even only from the neck up. He’s blooming red up to the tips of his ears, hair mussed, long eyelashes fluttering, swollen lips parted. His shoulders are bare so his shirt must have come off. He looks so docile yet so ruined, and that’s when it clicks – this is the Yushi that is only reserved for Sion, who he begs with pretty, pleading eyes to pin him down and devour him. Sion, who is doing just that – Daeyoung’s eyes follow him, now, the bits of him that he can see, mouthing down Yushi’s neck, the movement he can track suggesting that their bodies are flush, grinding against each other. On the couch that he sits on, was just sitting on yesterday. Daeyoung is so hard he almost forgets about his pounding headache.

Yushi’s head drops back even further as a tiny moan escapes his lips, and Daeyoung chances opening the door just a tiny bit more, enough to get the full picture of his Adam’s apple bobbing down his glistening neck, eyes screwed shut and mouth slack with pleasure as Sion sucks on the junction between his collarbones. How does he do that without leaving marks? Maybe years of practice, Daeyoung thinks, stomach burning, mouth watering, cock straining. He can’t see Sion’s hands, wonders if they’re working between Yushi’s legs. He places his own shaking hand over the bulge in his pants and doesn’t dare do anything more.

Sion keeps moving down, until Daeyoung can’t see him at all, so he can only imagine what makes Yushi turn his head and make the strangled noise he does, cheek digging into the arm of the couch, facing the direction of the hallway. As if he can feel Daeyoung’s oppressive gaze, the unthinkable happens, and Yushi’s eyes blink open a moment after.

Time freezes, aside from the sounds Daeyoung can still hear – Sion’s wet mouth on Yushi’s skin, the soccer game still playing in the background, his own heavy breathing echoing in his stuffy ears. Yushi doesn’t startle. He stares, eyes black and bottomless, locked on Daeyoung like he could pull him into them and drown him. Daeyoung can only stare back, terrified, miserably humiliated and still deliriously turned on. Yushi’s lips curl into a smile, something sweet, secret, knowing, and Daeyoung’s head spins, pounds, blares alarm signals but he ignores them. Yushi smiles wider, showing teeth, running his tongue over them for a contemplative moment before turns away, still grinning at the ceiling as he arches his back, cheeks glowing pink, and Daeyoung’s body finally catches up with his brain enough to have the strength to close the door.

He spins around, letting his back hit the wood before sliding down to sit, chest heaving and mind reeling with everything that just happened. He shoves a hand down his pants, frantically stroking himself to the image of Yushi under Sion that is now imprinted in his brain, cumming so violently he thinks it might have even cleared his sinus infection.

There is no time for any of it to awkwardly come up with Yushi, because as soon as Daeyoung feels well enough for his brain to function properly, they are traveling again. That’s fine. It keeps them all busy and exhausted, and the rooms are constantly up to chance that keeps pairing him with Ryo or Riku, so he basically hasn’t even seen the others outside of rehearsals where nothing has been out of the ordinary. He can even delude himself a little into deciding it was all a fever dream. Then, Daeyoung is paired with Sion the night before Yushi’s birthday in Bangkok.

The hotel pool that the staff reserved for the occasion is cold, but they pretend that it isn’t. Most of them strip down to just their shorts, and Daeyoung tries not to look too hard at anyone’s body – especially Yushi, especially Sion, especially the two of them next to each other, especially the way Sion’s shoulder muscles flex as he hugs Yushi from behind while they’re both wet. At least the water is freezing enough that he can’t pop a boner like this. He dunks his head under for good measure.

After they dry off in the sauna and filming is officially over for the night, Sion invites everyone back to their room for lukewarm champagne. Sakuya and Ryo tap out early after the birthday toast, leaving Sion and Yushi seated on one bed and Riku with his feet in Daeyoung’s lap on the other. The bubbles loosen something in Daeyoung’s chest, and maybe he’s also lightheaded from swimming and then sitting in the heat, but it’s nice anyway to finally get some relief from the guilt he’s been harboring. Yushi looks so cute when he takes a sip and scrunches his nose. He flushes and Riku bursts out laughing, and Daeyoung realizes he must have said that out loud. He doesn’t even feel embarrassed, too light and buzzy, he just laughs along.

“Do you want something else?” Sion asks, and great, he’s squeezing Yushi’s bare leg and looking at him like he’s the only person on earth. “There’s a red wine, too.”

“Mm,” Yushi gives a tiny nod, a relieved smile on his lips, and Daeyoung could swear he sees his eyes change. Those are fuck-me eyes, he realizes now. They always have been.

“Yuu-chan does prefer his reds,” Riku says, and he would know as a regular wine night companion for Yushi.

“That’s why hyung bought it,” Sion grins, taking Yushi’s unfinished champagne and pouring it into his own glass before rinsing Yushi’s and refilling it with the red. When he hands it back to him, their fingers brush, and Daeyoung starts to get that burning feeling again.

“Give me some, too,” Riku holds his glass out, and Sion pours for him. Daeyoung feels Yushi’s eyes on him. “What should we talk about?”

“It’s Ushi’s birthday, so he should decide,” Sion says, taking his spot next to him again, and Daeyoung tracks how he sits a little closer, lets his hand settle a little higher on Yushi’s thigh, squeezing, rubbing. Yushi’s eyes stay on Daeyoung as the corners of his mouth turn up.

“You can each ask me one question,” Yushi decides more quickly than he would if he were sober, which is an interesting quirk. The alcohol feels like it’s having the opposite effect on Daeyoung, slowing him down. “Anything you want.”

“How did Yuu-chan grow up to be so cute?” Riku scrunches his nose and shakes his head as he says it, like he’s talking to a baby. Yushi accepts it with an equally sarcastically affectionate puff of his cheeks.

“My hyungs always give me a lot of love,” he says with a roll of his eyes before looking at Daeyoung again. “And my dongsaengs, of course.”

Sion offers his signature “ooh” in acknowledgment, kneading into Yushi’s thigh even more. At this point, he may as well just feel him up under – or over, Daeyoung isn’t picky – his swim trunks. Wait, no, he can’t think about that right now. Daeyoung feels his face getting warmer, all eyes on him now.

“Why did you want to share the room with me at the new dorm?” He asks, unable to stop the first thought in his mind from coming out of his champagne-loose lips. At least it wasn’t something worse. Yushi smiles at him around the rim of his glass, taking a big sip.

“I thought it would be fun,” he says simply. The fingers that don’t hold his wine absently trace Sion’s forearm, but his eyes never leave Daeyoung. The room suddenly feels unbearably stuffy, the air overwhelmingly charged.

“Is it?” Sion asks, his tone unreadable. Daeyoung wonders if he knows what he saw, if Yushi told him. The edges of his vision are starting to blur. He holds onto Riku’s ankle for some stability.

“Is that your question?” Yushi finally breaks his stare away from Daeyoung, tilting his head to assess Sion.

“Sure,” Sion decides to play, eyes sparkling and unafraid to hold Yushi’s heavy gaze the way Daeyoung is.

“You only get one,” Yushi reminds him.

“That’s fine.”

Daeyoung hears Riku scoff beside him. He wonders what he knows – surely everything, surely Yushi has told him over glasses of wine at home, or maybe he’s known since the beginning, and he never told Daeyoung because his crush on Yushi was too obvious, or Riku’s loyalty to Yushi was too strong. He wishes he could tell Riku now that he was wrong. It wasn’t Yushi, it was this. It was them.

“It is,” Yushi says, and maybe Daeyoung is drunk, maybe he’s crazy, but it’s the same tone he remembers Yushi using that day – it’s part of their game. Yushi puts his foot down and Sion yields, eager to give in to him, to give him what he wants. Daeyoung wants that, too. “Isn’t it, Jaehee?”

Daeyoung’s mouth opens around nothing, no response able to form with all the alcohol in his system. He’s had more than he meant to – someone just kept refilling his glass. Riku is the one who decides that enough is enough, getting up and patting Daeyoung on the shoulder.

“These two always stay up too late,” he says, tone lighter than the atmosphere feels like it should allow. “You can trade rooms with Yushi and snuggle with me.”

“What if I wanted to snuggle with you?” Yushi asks, pouting in an overexaggerated way.

“You don’t,” Riku says under his breath, tugging on Daeyoung’s arm, and oh. Of course. Riku must know, because how could he not? Daeyoung blinks up at him, then looks over at the other bed. Yushi is laughing into his glass and Sion is biting his lip, half-heartedly swatting at Riku’s hip, and yeah, okay, he definitely knows. He knows, and this is him dragging Daeyoung out so the two of them can be alone. Daeyoung’s stomach does several flips. He gets up clumsily, gathers his pajamas and follows Riku to the door.

“Good night,” he calls, feeling himself slurring and stumbling a little over his feet. “Yushi birthday. Happy hyung.”

“Let’s get you to bed,” Riku laughs, shaking his head and patting Daeyoung’s shoulders as he guides him out and down the hall.

He really should shower, but that seems like it’s going to have to wait until the morning. Maybe he won’t snuggle with Riku, who he knows won’t be able to sleep if a dirty Daeyoung is in his clean bed. He contemplates while Riku washes up first, absently peeking at his phone. There’s a message from Yushi, sent a minute ago.
