Summary
When Yushi was young he asked his mother this ; if his brain were to be transplanted into someone else, which one would still be him? The body — the body he’s always had — or his mind, in someone else's?
They were sitting on the curb by a pitstop, loooking out over a neverending and winding road, as his father filled up the tank of the car with gas. His mother had ruffled his hair and told him that that was a silly question, but he was very smart for his age. She didn’t give him an answer.

Summary
Joonghyuk pretends not to understand. “Fireworks would kill us.”
“Not the kind I want, they wouldn’t.”
“Debatable,” he retorts. Dokja seems closer than before and Joonghyuk realizes that he is. The man leans closer still. “Distraction equals-”
“Death,” He parrots Joonghyuk’s usual phrase with a roll of his eyes. His lips look pretty up close. Joonghyuk isn’t quite sure what it is to breathe— perhaps he’s already dying. “But a little death isn’t so bad, is it?”

Yoo Joonghyuk and Kim Dokja are sitting on the roof of their latest haven, drinking idly as they face their own mortality.
Below them, a slowly growing horde of the undead.

Summary
Sion often feels like a child that keeps sticking its fingers in a cat's mouth, only to be shocked when their fangs chomp down. Letting Yushi in while he’s half-naked and visibly pent-up was never going to end in anything other than bruises all over his body.

Summary
“You like hyung, don’t you?”
Two years in, Sion poses the question over a bowl of soup that they snuck out late at night to eat. Trainees have come and gone, groups and roommates have rearranged, but never Sion and Yushi. Without fail, they have never been split up, and Sion finds himself certain that they never will be even before the company confirms it. Still, two years is not such a long time to know someone. Circumstance, chance, luck, whatever, all of that is one thing. To spend this kind of time together, to care about each other beyond what their situation naturally demands – effort, that’s a choice.
