“Your leg,” the oncologist panted out, squirming and pressing up further into House’s touch, his legs were spreading. And fuck if Jimmy wasn’t a pretty picture – hair messy and cheeks flushing, dark lashes on pale skin as his eyes closed, mouth pink and open and gasping.
“Leg’s fine Jimmy,” he breathed out, crushing their lips together again, licking filthily into the other’s mouth, tracing the edges of his teeth and the ridges of his palate before tangling wetly with Wilson’s. Normally, about that time, they’d have to move to the bedroom – more room for him to spread out, to make his thigh as comfortable as possible. But not tonight.
“It worked,” Wilson asked, tone more than a little surprised – not that House blamed him. It had been a stretch, something out of a coma-dream with probably less than a fifty-fifty chance of working.
Or ... House's ketamine treatment is a success, so let's have a little fun.

Summary
Bilbo is rescued from the sea by a fishing crew, who drop him off at the nearest harbor. He remembers nothing of his life before being fished from the sea other than his name, Bilbo Baggins and the knowledge that he has to stay on the move. He grows up never staying in one place, jumping from ship to ship, town to town, and finding work wherever he can. He keeps his name secret, always using aliases and changing his appearance. But that is not the only thing he is keeping secret.
After his ship was stolen from him, Thorin spent years living as a blacksmith, settled down in one town with his pirate life behind him. He and his family and friends have made a life for themselves as honest people, finding work that suits them. But Thorin never forgot where he came from and the love of the sea never left him. Finally, after two decades, he can't stand it any longer and he sets out to reclaim his ship. He sets out by himself to get a ship.
And that is how these two meet.

“What?” Bilbo murmured, sounding genuinely worried.
“Your heterochromia,” Thorin explained, meeting Bilbo’s green and blue gaze. “The irregular algorithm that causes it has been running for almost half a century.”
“Most mechatronics offer to fix it for me,” Bilbo said, looking away, seeming suddenly self-conscious.
“Then they’re idiots.”
