Summary
Harry Potter was absolutely, unashamedly, done.
First, Voldy uses a Ritual to bring his pasty snake ass back to life, killing Cedric- which, by the way, thanks for the extra trauma.
Second, Harry goes through a lovely year of being tortured with a damn writing utensil and ends up in Azkaban after the Battle of the Department of Mysteries- which Dumbledore chose not to prevent.
So, y'know, fuck him.One year later Harry gets released... only to find out he has to go back to the Dursley's; which, no thanks- his cell in Azkaban was looking rather comfy, in comparison to that hell hole.
Luckily for the plot, Sirius knows of Harry's true parentage and decides it'll be better for everyone if Harry just pops over to America to be emancipated so he could then live with his godfather; it's not like this Tony Stark guy will put up much of a fuss right?
Right???Gods, Mercenaries, Super-spies, romance and a Headmaster who won't let his weapon go-

Summary
Harry can't say he was exactly thrilled about being thrust into a new world and leaving everything behind, but slowly, sometimes quite so, he carves out his place and makes a new life for himself. That said life somehow includes his long-lost godfather, a team of superheroes, a Norse god for a best friend, and a magical shop that caters to Muggles was not what he was expecting. That he ends up falling in love and getting a new family out of it was even less expected.
He thinks it all might end up being worth it.

“The first group I sent over made the Avengers uncomfortable by thanking them constantly and asking for autographs. The next group stole things to sell on ebay. The group after that didn’t even get through the front door because Stark’s security system found something in their background that we missed. The fourth group left traumatized after cleaning out Thor’s room, apparently the god had some beheaded poultry dripping blood into a bowl in there. Then after that every group I’ve left hasn’t lasted more than three days because of some problem or another. I’m pretty sure one of those assholes has made it a game to scare my workers away.”
“I don’t think you’re supposed to call the heroes of New York assholes.”
Or, cleaning up after the Avengers involves more than just getting blood stains out of the carpet and most of them can't take the heat. Thankfully the Savior of the Wizarding has spent the last decade cleaning up after Death Eaters, so she's up to the task. Nothing, not pranks, bird corpses, or unidentified slime will keep her from cleaning up.
