WenQi Week: Coda (Days 6 & 7)
Prompts: Family, TransmigrationAfter his death, Wen Ruohan witnesses the aftermath of the Sunshot Campaign, and the entire story of MoDao; and then transmigrates into himself a few years before the Sunshot Campaign. Lan Qiren caves. “I spoil them terribly already, without you,” he mutters, as they head in the direction of tanghulu.
“You? Spoil them? I don’t believe it!” Wen Ruohan says with a laugh. He looks at Lan Zhan and asks seriously, “Does your uncle spoil you, Xiao-Zhan-er?”
Lan Zhan frowns and seriously thinks this question over too. Then he slowly nods – but then switches partway into shaking his head, which sends Wen Ruohan into another roar of laughter.
