Sometimes the nicely put together contracts display your employer front and center, other times the contract looks more like something the devil would tempt you into signing. Minimal information on who your boss or bosses are, lines and lines of rules for secrecy and security that protect you and your company, and that neatly placed dotted line at the very bottom where you have the luxury of signing your name. What was it your dad always said? “The adult world is scary sometimes, kiddo.” Well, he was damn right.
